> 3 dayI have to use headphones to watch my college lectures because the speakers are too quiet. Sometimes it locks up on a black screen - I use the power button + refresh to restart it. Outside of these issues, I’ve had no trouble with it. I don’t use the touchscreen very often but have had no issue with it when I do. I use a wireless mouse, not the built in pad, so I can’t speak to its quality. Sometimes the keyboard light isn’t bright enough but it’s fine.

> 3 dayThe keyboard consists of silver keys with a very light green or silver print on it with the letters and numbers. In other words its impossible to see. Quite useless and I need to return it.

> 3 dayThe display is excellent , the touchpad is very responsive and I love the backlit keyboard. I had originally purchased an HP Chromebook but found the display had little or no contrast and there was no backlit keyboard. I tend to be up very early in the morning and could not see the keyboard on the HP. With the ASUS everything shines. I was a little hesitant to swich from a Windows based laptop to a Chromebook but the transition has been flawless so far. This is lightweight and blazing fast. Love it.

> 3 dayJust got this as a replacement for the amazing Asus C302 Chromebook. Our house is all Macbook, but I like the simplicity of the Chromebooks. Pros: screen, speed, looks, much improved sound. Cons: when the screen is open to view, past vertical, the computer, unlike the C302, rises up in back and rests on its hinges, which is odd, since it is not sitting on its feet in back. Design flaw or planned?

> 3 dayWorse laptop I’ve ever had. Constant error messages. Refuses my password 90% of the time. Refuses to open apps. Must power wash it constantly due to errors. It’s a useless piece of junk. I will never by another chromebook.

> 3 dayI got this for use at work as we got new ePCR software and were handed iPADS without physical keyboards and I just couldnt do it. That being said.. I use it at home also! This machine has turned out to be a great overall device. The display is nice and bright. Its fast.. and the battery life will last well into 2 days in a single charge! The fact that it starts up in seconds is a plus as I can do what I need to do and shut it completely down and be back up in a moments notice. The keyboard took some getting used to.

> 3 dayTouch screen blinks when you interact with it... Ive already has a key break away and another is sticking. oh and it apparently has no processing strength, despite how much ram it boasts. Sad.

> 3 dayIf I could give zero stars I would. Paid money for a new laptop and got a used one that doesn’t work. First of all the box came opened/unsealed. Then the computer itself showed “Chrome OS is missing or damaged. please remove all devices and prepare for recovery mode.” Then when you try to do recovery mode it shows you need a usb or SIM card.
