> 24 hourThis computer was extremely difficult to set up, the keyboard is almost impossible to see in the daylight and it lights up very dimly. Also customer service was terrible when needed help setting up computer it was almost impossible to get through to anybody. Expensive and overrated. Maybe for a student or somebody who walks around computers with no problems , definitely not for elderly or non computer savvy individuals.

> 24 hourTouchscreen doesnt respond well to my fingers, sometimes needs multiple tries. May work better with a stylus. Speakers are tiny and weak but audio works great with headphones. Everything else seems fine.

> 24 hourThis is my second chromebook. Compare with Samsung 11.6” Chromebook, monitor is better, response faster and more storage space

> 24 hourIve used Chromebooks since they first came out. The key for me was a good CB with a backlit keyboard. They are hard to find at this price... AWESOME and small overall package for a 14 display.

> 24 hourOK. Two complaints. Screen could be brighter. But main complaint is this hard to see keyboard. Its silver with white light thru the small letters/numbers. Impossible to see in the daytime and not a whole lot better at night. Its a great chrombook other than this.

> 24 hourthe best of the best. excellent screen, battery life, sturdiness, 8GB ram, and many plusses, just missing wifi 6 (AX) and keyboard lettering with little contrast against keyboard color

> 24 hourFirst, a Chromebook doesn’t support any applications. Second, I had it a year and it died suddenly after just normal use. Absolutely not worth the money, now all of my work is gone.

> 24 hourASUS chromebook with bad keyboard, which failed within warranty period. ASUS acknowledged issue but WOULD NOT accept unit for repair because I live in the 50th State. I offered to pay for shipping but they still refused to accept it. I would have to ship it to a friend in the lower 48 and have them ship it to ASUS. My friend would then have to re-ship it back to me when repaired. ASUS needs to be informed that Hawaii is a state in the USA.
