> 3 dayEs muy buena motherboard, las características que ofrece y conectividad no las ofrece fácilmente otra motherboard de algún otro fabricante en esta misma gama y por el precio realmente vale la pena,

> 3 dayI purchased the ASUS Prime Z690-A motherboard to run my Intel I-9 12th gen cpu, only to find DDR5 was not available. After waiting two months, it was finally available! I purchased and installed it and...the network LAN Controller would not respond to driver installs. So working with ASUS Tech Support, I was told the LAN Controller was defective and to either return it to vender or send it to them for repair. I returned to vender and they promptly replaced it. But after installing, the new motherboard, the network LAN Controller had exactly the same problem (Windows could not find a driver and the ASUS driver disk could not finish a LAN install). Got back to Tech Support, and they did the same troubleshooting with no result. They escalated to level 2 Trouble Shooting which was more of the same, but now they suggested return for repair or get a NIC card. I anticipated this might be the case and had already ordered one. I got the internet working and was able to complete Windows setup. I had decided to leave the onboard LAN enabled just the same, and within a few days I checked Network Adapters and it was installed. I am happy that it is working, but it was not the process I expected. So glad I did not have to return to ASUS as they were unaware of how to resolve this issue. I decided to share this experience and how I resolved it in case others have the same issue. I have also shared this fix with ASUS Tech Support. Everything is working fine so far. No problem running the DDR5 RAM.

> 3 dayYou need a 12th gen cpu to boot in the bios to update it to support 13th gen. It does not have bios flashback.

> 3 dayThis motherboard will not post with the 13th gen intel CPU. The only option is to use a 12th gen CPU to upgrade the bios so that it will function. Itll cost me another $100 to get this done locally.

> 3 dayCauses random blue screens with Ram set at anything but stock speeds. cant use XMP at all which was the whole point of upgrading. Stay far away

> 3 dayIt has just about all the bells and whistles that the high end boards have except maybe a few NVME drives or in some cases maybe a few extra PCI-E 5.0 lanes. No issues so far, its basically on the bleeding edge of current tech for the masses with nvme 4.0, DDR5 and the latest high end Intel CPUs. Lots of customization in the bios, you have a plethora of choices to choose from if your in to tweaking and OCing.

> 3 dayafter setup, a fresh install of Windows started getting a blue screen of death running stock, with no overclock. updated all drivers and firmware which reduced the constant bluescreens to daily instead of every few minutes. Searched online, and all error codes say bad Ram, returned a brand new Corsair Vengeance 5200 for Corsair Dominator which was specifically on the list of supported ram. After getting it back online with the new ram, still bluescreening daily. The system is completely unreliable.

> 3 day1st iteration of LGA1700 (12th gen) and no provision to update bios for 13th gen without 12th gen chip. As if intel was going to build the next generation on a different socket (because you know there’s no competition). If you buy old stock to use with a 13th gen chip, good luck. They asked me to send it in to have them flash it. Lol. Galaxy brains. Customer service didn’t even alert me to this issue the first time and I tried in vein to Qflash without a designated USB port, because of course, not possible.
