> 3 dayI bought this gaming laptop for my 13 year olds gaming and for a couple businesses online. The key board is absolutely exactly what is described. We haven’t found it to lag on games. Could be because we have good internet connections. I bought the extra 8gb but have not installed it yet and just been using it with the 8 that’s programmed. It was a great buy for the money. This is a honest review.

> 3 dayThe battery life when gaming is eh, but when not gaming, the battery life is great! You have to plug the laptop in to get better gaming performance, but when plugged in, its really good! Over 60fps on GTA V High Settings. Over 100fps on medium-high settings on rainbow six siege. The display can be overclocked to 144hz and it looks amazing at that refresh rate. Also, the sleep mode is really good as well. I would suggest enabling the hibernation mode instead, as after I left it on hibernate for 3 days straight, it didnt lose a SINGLE percentage of battery. Hibernate does the same thing as sleep, but in a lower power state. Overall the gaming experience is great, the battery could be better but is still alright, and the sleep mode (especially if on hibernate) is amazing.

> 3 daySo I bought this laptop mainly for school and some gaming during free time, it was doing great the first month but a couple weeks later Im now having issues connecting to the internet and it keeps saying that the wifi adapter is having issues related to the drivers even though Ive been resetting my network every time I diagnose this, its mainly showing that there is no wifi available and Ive tried connecting to my home, school, and others wifi usually ending with the wifi staying on for a few mins then disconnecting. I really have been looking all over for solutions and some work for a short time until it happens again and Id have to reset the network again. So hopefully someone can help me with this issue.

> 3 daySo this laptop seems amazing so far but for it to really shine it needs a second stick of RAM for that dual channel. However, when i opened up my case to see what Im rocking for RAM I found, as far as i can tell, that i was STIFFED. Instead of the 2666Mhz DDR4 8GB stick I got something with 3200MT/s (Still DDR4 8GB). From what i can find 3200MT/s is only clocked at 1600Mhz. Thats a far cry from 2666Mhz. My choices are to buy two sticks of identical ram (defeating the purpose of saving money) or return this laptop which could take weeks now that COVID is in full swing. The latter is not an option because Im paying for an online class right now. ASUS support was of no help they just kept regurgitating the specs of the pc back at me.

> 3 dayI needed a good computer for video editing and this computer is perfect! The keys light up and change colors, which is nice, especially when you can actually see the keys in the dark! Overall zero complaints!! Love it - If you are starting a YouTube channel and need a computer for editing videos, buy this one!!

> 3 dayOverall laptop is great just make sure to set the 1650 as your graphics card in nvidia settings and set everything to performance also buy another stick of ram only complaint is the battery life but i use it at home on the charger anyway and also the seller gave me a 60 hrtz display instead of 120.. which bummed me out so yea just the problem with the seller i ended up keeping it because this is a 60 fps gaming laptop anyway for most games

Greater than one weekI’ve bought and used a lot of laptops over the last few years and this one ranks near the top. The overall performance is very good and I’m able to play some hi-end games easily. That is, as long as I don’t run it on “silent mode”. And I don’t really need to anyway because this machine is quiet compared to others I’ve used. Best to reserve silent mode to non-resource-intensive applications like word processing. The keys feel good while typing, strong and well-built without that clacky noise. I also like the extra wide spacebar.
