I bought this ASUS PC from Amazon for $199.99 via a Lightning Deal. Ive only had it for two days but Ive been amazed by all the features for so little money. I removed S Mode so I could install Brave browser and a couple other things. For privacy, I uninstalled OneDrive, turned the microphone and camera off plus I put a sliding cover over the camera lens. I uninstalled McAfee and a few apps I would never use. This PC has an SSD, an FHD non-glare screen (great picture!), good speakers with sufficient volume, plenty of ports, a fingerprint reader and a backlit keyboard!!! For $200!!!

Laptop itself works well, but when I went to register the warranty, was told it already expired. As a result, I had to call ASUS and was told I had to get an invoice from Amazon with specific information to send to them before they would reinstate the year warranty. Then I had to call Amazon to get the full invoice. I was able to do this but should not have had to deal with this hassle for a new computer.

This extremely small and beautiful Laptop is extremely fast and very much worth the price. Thank you to Amazon and the Seller for this sale to South Africa and for all the other Asus Laptops and Asus Routers.

Replacing my old computer.

We ordered this laptop but the charger is not compatible so that we have not chance to charge or test it. Furthermore either we need a travel adapter or buy a new charger. The right charger compatible with the country that the laptop was sent to should be attached.

Dont waste your money. The screen blacked out 4 1/2 weeks after purchase. Four days past the 30 day Amazon return policy who refused to budge. Now I am trying to deal ASUS repair centers. I am actually considering tossing it in the garbage and taking it as a $300 lesson learned.
