Ever since I started crafting with my cricut and doing embroidery with my sewing machine it was hard working on my phone to download things so my husband bought me this computer. It works great! Plus side my kids can’t get into it with the finger print scanner which works better then my phones finger scanner.

Its a good laptop, but it doesnt store much. I had to expand the storage for it to hold more than a handful of games.

This is a terrible product!! Less than 5 months and it already has completely shut down and will not start up. Last thing I need during a work from home quarantine. A total disaster. Thanks for nothing Amazon ans Asus

I like the product but this is the second seller on Amazon that has backlit keyboard in the description yet in fact it does not have a backlit keyboard. These sellers waste every bodies time and somebodys money on returns. Why not tell the truth? Talk about a pandemic. The Gaslighting non truth telling pandemic is out of control.

I love the touch screen. Audio is weak.

Me encanta que enciende en 8 segundos y ya inicia windows; que trae lector de huella y teclado retroiluminado. Creo que el disco sólido es lo que la hace muy rápida a pesar de ser core i3. Me encanta también que es 1080p y trae casi todos los puertos necesarios hoy en día como el hdmi, tipo c y usb.

I was very excited about this purchase but as soon as I turned it on I was disappointed. I tried it for a day or two in hopes of getting used to it but that did not happen. It seems like a great product for many reasons but the screen quality is terrible and I could not tolerate it.

I never write reviews, but I have had so many frustrating issues with this laptop I felt compelled to. It randomly goes blue screen with a sad face (???) telling me there were issues and completely reboots everything. This happens about once every two weeks. Often right in the middle of work it just freezes and then goes to a blue screen.

We purchased this a month ago and the screen is now blackened with the faintest visibility of the login icon. It will not adjust lighting. Yes, power is on.

I hate to do this but I want others to be aware. I spent a lot of money for this laptop. It was refurbished and I thought Amazon deleted and cleaned the computer. The prior owner files, family photos, and personal documents started appearing. I was so upset because I thought the previous owner access my personal files. I called Amazon and assurion warranty. Neither was helpful. They said to call Amazon. The warranty people said call Amazon. I had to get a tech to delete the prior owner files. Please be careful when buying refurbished items because your personal life photos, work, and documents may be at risk.
