> 3 dayI really wanted to like this notebook. I purchased it in December and really have not had a chance to use until this week (I have a fully equipped home office and pc). I have to travel this week and thought this would be a good time to try it out. What I found was that it does not have a backlit keyboard as stated in the item description. I have tried everything, every recommended key combination - all to no avail. I finally noticed that there is not a keyboard key. It is of course too late to return or exchange it and I am just out of luck. Be warned, if you want a backlit keyboard DO NOT BUY THIS NOTEBOOK. I was unable to get any help or support.

Greater than one weekLa calidad del sonido no es muy buena, suena realmente bajo. La pantalla es buena, si es táctil, pero es muy frágil. Y no tiene teclado retroiluminado.

> 3 dayAwesome working PC. Bought it for doing school works and programming. Ended up being it to my works everyday. Its fast and light weight. Tried to play games on it too but it really isnt designed for that, since the one i got only has intergrated graphics card. Overall a satisfied purchase for me.

> 3 dayGot this at the start of quarantine and initially loved it. Screen, battery, etc. worked fine but one year later and completely crashed. No issues prior besides an occasional glitchy camera or spotty clicks. Battery died, had geek quad check it out and they basically told me it would cost me more to fix than replace. Disappointed because it was a good product but faulty.
