It was a great computer for the first three months!

Screen is not the best but still workable and understandable at this price point. But this laptop gets filtered up in search while looking for USB-C connectivity, which in my opinion is a great way to reduce cable clutter and inconvenience associated with keeping chargers and display cables. But this laptop does not offer any of those functions through USB-C. Then whats the point of advertising and having USB-C.

This is a very nice, fast, and high quality PC Im very satisfied.

The screen had an issue where it wouldn’t load properly and glitches out often. I called ASUS tech support and talked with them for two hours to try and fix the display problem with no positive results. I’m horribly disappointed because I needed this for school and now I have to return it and find a new laptop while I’m supposed to be working on my classes. I would never buy this product again.

I bought this computer just for school, since my other laptop broke and this would arrive the quickest. Its fine for school, since I only need Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) for school. And for light things like browsing the internet. But as soon as you start downloading games, the storage fills up quickly (youre only given 118 usable GB). I dont consider myself much of a gamer, but I do play some fairly light games and only 1 game that is maybe a bit more consuming. I can play Smite (an online game) quite fine, without much lagg (it laggs for about 1 minute if Im streaming while playing music on youtube, but then it stops lagging). The graphics definitely look a little granulated on the corners of some of the game characters, but it still looks fairly good. The screen itself also has a sort of faded look to it. Like the lighting is a little strange or maybe the screen is cheap. It has that dusty look to it, sort of like those old computers we had to use in elementary school. So when you look at the price, realize that this is reflected in the screen quality, display quality, and usable storage amount. But as a college student on a budget, this allows me to get my assignments done which is the most important thing to me.

I desperately needed a new laptop since my previous one broke. Im a college student and I couldnt afford to spend several hundreds or even a thousand dollars on a new one, but I needed something that could keep up with what I needed it to do. I needed 8 GB of ram and a fast processor, and this one is perfect. It is very fast when it comes to open Word, PowerPoint, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc. Ive had several tabs opened up at one time and no difference when it came to speed. I recommend it to people who are looking for a fast and reliable laptop without spending an arm and a leg. The backlit keyboard is perfect for typing papers at night and it is pretty bright.

You just want to mind your own business and use this laptop right away? Nope. Immediately upon powering on the computer, youll have to go through the mandatory Wifi connection in order to create a very intrusive Microsoft Outlook account that will ask for two email addresses, your name, and DOB. It is impossible to complete the setup process if you dont have access to WiFi and it is not possible to skip any of the these steps. Finally, the description shows that this Laptop comes with Windows 10 but the computer automatically upgrade to Windows 11 during the initial setup. And again, you dont have any other choice.

I love this laptop! I couldnt ask for anything better out of a mid-range pc. Its an amazing value that you get for such a reasonable price tag. Asus hit a home run in my book!
