When you’re busy at work and do not have time for lunch, this protein drink will fill you up. I like the taste, not exactly like coffee, but a hint of the coffee flavor. I like it cold with ice. With ice it will dilute it a bit and won’t be as thick.

My daily “coffee” is chai tea which I brew at home. I use Splenda instead of regular sugar so when I first tried this it was cloyingly sweet, but the more of them I have the less cloying it gets. The predominant spice I taste is nutmeg over the traditional chai spices, but I like nutmeg so they’re ok for me.

So I bought this on a whim because I was looking to buy a variety in flavors in protein shakes. I bought this because I really like chai, so I figured I would like this. Let me tell you this product is amazing. The taste is sooooo good, it reminds me of an iced chai latte from Starbucks. Its high in protein, and I drink one in the morning with a warmed up protein bar (I warm all my protein bars in an air fryer), and it keeps me full well past lunch time. I would recommend drinking it this way.......I take a large mason jar (32 oz), fill it halfway with ice, then pour the full bottle of this into it. I then add an additional 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and stir it all together. Doing this, I feel like I am getting more drink, and it makes it not so sweet and concentrated. It literally is like I am having a refreshing Starbuck treat every morning, but its healthy. The cost is good too, its $20 for a pack of 12. I only wish it had a little more protein in it (30 instead of 15) but thats a minor gripe. This will definitely be in my rotation of protein shakes.

Taste is very good and satisfying. will be getting more.

After drinking these quite frequently for a bit, I noticed my lymph nodes reacting as if I were becoming cancerous. I blame it on the carrageenan. These are only good once in a while. Dont get hooked and then go woe is me, I got the cancer. Carrageenan is a known carcinogen.
