> 3 dayWhen you’re busy at work and do not have time for lunch, this protein drink will fill you up. I like the taste, not exactly like coffee, but a hint of the coffee flavor. I like it cold with ice. With ice it will dilute it a bit and won’t be as thick.

Greater than one weekThe one thing I was really gonna miss was my occasional Starbucks When I found these, I was elated I don’t miss the high fat sugary Starbucks, They’re less than Starbucks & I can get 15g of my daily protein too
