Atkins Iced Chai Tea Latte Protein Shake, 11 Fl Oz, Pack of 12

I love this product. It has a great taste and is low in sugar, which I really appreciate. I took away one star because it only has 15 grams of protein per shake, while most other brands have up to 30 grams per shake. I cant always justify the calories for such low protein content.

So I bought this on a whim because I was looking to buy a variety in flavors in protein shakes. I bought this because I really like chai, so I figured I would like this. Let me tell you this product is amazing. The taste is sooooo good, it reminds me of an iced chai latte from Starbucks. Its high in protein, and I drink one in the morning with a warmed up protein bar (I warm all my protein bars in an air fryer), and it keeps me full well past lunch time. I would recommend drinking it this way.......I take a large mason jar (32 oz), fill it halfway with ice, then pour the full bottle of this into it. I then add an additional 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and stir it all together. Doing this, I feel like I am getting more drink, and it makes it not so sweet and concentrated. It literally is like I am having a refreshing Starbuck treat every morning, but its healthy. The cost is good too, its $20 for a pack of 12. I only wish it had a little more protein in it (30 instead of 15) but thats a minor gripe. This will definitely be in my rotation of protein shakes.

A neighbor gave me some of these protein drinks and I was so impressed that I bought more. The flavor was great (better than I expected), it quells my hunger and actually gives me a boost of energy. I get up too early to eat breakfast and down one of these mid-route between schools on my bus route. Before I tried them I drove on an empty stomach until about 10 am (I get up at 5) and Id be tired and a little grumpy. Now I actually feel great at the end of my morning route...so win-win! No chalky aftertaste at all. I ACTUALLY like the flavor.

What more can I say, if you like coffee and the flavor of mocha, its a win-win!

I drink Atkins shakes every day and purchase them on amazon. This isnt my favorite flavor but they are very good. I would recommend them.

I continue to purchase these because they are a quick and easy pick me up. Tasty and low in points on the WW plan. Also taste great with a shot of expresso.

After drinking these quite frequently for a bit, I noticed my lymph nodes reacting as if I were becoming cancerous. I blame it on the carrageenan. These are only good once in a while. Dont get hooked and then go woe is me, I got the cancer. Carrageenan is a known carcinogen.

Had gastric bypass June 1 and hungry at times when my stomach does not hurt so much but this hits the spot very good taste.
