> 3 dayMy house was built in the late 50s, saying I have issues with heat/cooling loss to the attic is an understatement. I purchased this product as a first step. At the same time, I went to a local hardware store and bought a thick insulating bag that uses velcro to attach to the opening. This product was easy to install with a staple gun. Its pretty easy to get in and out with the zipper. The other product was not as easy, and you should staple the velcro or the heat in your attic may cause the glue to melt. That product is not easy to remove and put back up when you go into the attic. This product, simply, did not make a difference. The other product makes a noticable difference.

> 3 dayEasy to install. However, you must follow the instructions and use something to seal any leaks around the attic stair opening. I used the stuff that you spray and it expands. There were a lot more areas that needed sealing than I would have guessed. When done right, this is really an amazing thing to stop the air leaks up into the attic and to stop the dust and such from filtering down from the attic. If you are constantly going up into the attic, I guess it could be a bit cumbersome to always need to be unzipping and zipping. We probably go into the attic every other month - so not a big deal.

Greater than one weekThis is the best thing that has come along in a long time ,well worth the money. We cant feel the cool Air in our hall closet in the winter and no heat in the summer. Has cut down on our Entergy bill. Thank you

> 3 dayIt was okay but I still feel heat coming from the attic. I caulked it and stapled it in well but I guess I was just expecting it to insulate more. I would say it is as advertised other than not insulating as well as I would have liked.

> 3 dayThis product is made of very solid material. Easy to install. Just staple the edges and apply caulk and youre on your way to save on electricity bill. My hallway is noticebly warmer with the cover in place now.

Greater than one weekwe bought this over the summer to seal our attic and keep the house temperature a little more regulated. We like it and can tell a difference in the hallway where the attic is located. we feel it was well worth the price. we will see how good it works this winter

> 3 dayEasy and fast install. Used 1/2 in staples. My HVAC system was in the same hallway as the attic access and was pulling air from the attic. Immediately stopped the air flow from my attic into the house. Noticeable difference in humidity levels.

> 3 dayWere in north Texas and its not unusual for an attic to get 130+. We installed this at the same time that had a radiant barrier put in and it makes a big difference. I have one of the thermal heat guns and, right now, it is 100 degrees outside (August in Dallas). The attic is 103 but, with the tent zipped up, the laser shows 84 degrees on the bottom (inside-of-house facing) part of the tent. When I then shut the attic door, it measures 77 degrees. This is great for us because the thermostat is right there. Its easy to install also - dont need a contractor or anything, just a nice staple gun.
