Greater than one weekI bought this for my sister when she was expecting my first niece almost 3 1/2 years ago and since then 3 babies in our family have used it and LOVED it. I dont know what the magic is about this thing but babies adore it. I recommend it to anyone having a baby!

> 3 dayWith my first baby I got a cheap bouncer seat with the vibrator in it available just about anywhere. It quickly became one of the more despised baby items and was donated. My experience with traditional baby bouncer seats is that babies do not like or notice the vibrator setting-its just a waste of money (they eat expensive batteries), they are bulky and feel cheaply made, they are very quickly outgrown, and are usually an eye sore (the baby stuff is cute at first but as a first time parent youll more than likely start to feel like you are drowning in a home full of cutesy baby things). The Baby Bjorn Bouncer resolves all of these issues and give you a truly durable and functional product well worth the money. The seat is preassembled (unlike most) which gives you one less thing to put together while preparing for baby-a big plus! It also collapses so that it can be stored very easily even in many narrow spaces. This is especially great when storing it for the next baby. I love that the seat design is simple, sleek, and light weight enough I can bring into any room of the house to have baby happily bounce right next to me. Another huge huge plus is how easy it is to wash. The cover simply slides off and goes right in the wash. No pulling or untangling the belt buckles to remove it-and it washes very nicely (i.e. No pilling!). Possibly what really makes this worth the price, is the longevity of use. Being able to use this through toddlerhood is what seals the deal-nor do I have to worry about my current toddler trying to use it when baby is not. I really wish I wouldve looked past the price tag of this seat with my first baby to see the true value in such a functional well designed baby product. Definitely a must have item for new (or new again!) parents! P.s. if price really is an issue consider buying an open box condition one from amazon for a great discount.

> 3 dayHighly recommend this chair. Baby loves to bounce in it, play with the clip-on toys, or just sit and look out the window for a few minutes. It’s great to have a few minutes at a time with the baby playing independently. My baby isn’t a good napper yet, so this chair gives me a little time to do things around the house while keeping an eye on him. I can easily move it from room to room with one hand while holding him in the other arm. Get one or two extra covers. Without fail, baby has a blow-out in it daily. Sometimes 3x a day. Amazing, because his cumulative time in it is maybe 90 minutes, max. I’ve tried covering the seat with cloths, but it gets dirty without fail. Before 3 months it was time to change him to the second position and now it’s like the chair is actually purpose-built to make the baby have a blow-out. Every morning he poos on the first cover within 10 minutes of being set down in it— it’s just part of my routine to change the cover. When we used to only have one cover and it’d be line-drying in the mornings, we didn’t have blow outs elsewhere. It really is a magic chair. I recommend this chair to all parents. If your baby has trouble pooping, doubly so.

> 3 dayI bought this a year ago before my son was born, not really knowing if it would be useful, but taking the risk. It ended up being probably the best purchase we made for our baby! He used it from about 6 weeks until 6 months when he began to sit on his own. We moved across the country when he was 3 months and the lightweight, compact portability of this bouncer saved us. Our son was a picky baby amd hated being strapped into anything; the carseat led to horrible hard-to-catch his breath meltdowns, the stroller resulted in crying fits, and forget the high chair. However, he adored sitting in this bouncer, kicking his feet and bouncing around. It saved our sanity many times. He also had to be on antibiotics for awhile at 5 months, and the only way he let us give them to him was when sitting in this chair. I am actually sad that we had to retire it until he is old enough to use the toddler side. Lastly, we washed the fabric at least twice a week due to spit up or diaper leaks and it still looks great! Yes, it is a slight pain to have to hang it to dry, but we found that washing it at bedtime and hanging overnight usually was sufficient to be able to use it by the next morning. Overall, I know that every baby has different likes and dislikes, but this worked so well for us that I felt compelled to write this review!

> 3 dayMy 4 week old baby seems to like sitting in this seat. I will update this once he gets a little older and takes greater advantage of the bouncing feature. For now, I will say that I like how lightweight it is and that you can wash the fabric portion of the seat. I also bought the googly eye toy that fastens onto this, but my baby doesnt seem very interested yet, so I took it off. Side note: You have to remove the toy every time the baby goes in and out of the seat, so its a little bit of a pain. All in all though, the seat is a nice purchase. Update: my baby loved this seat up until he was around 5 months old when he grew out of it. He loved bouncing himself and simply reclining. He seemed very comfortable in it and seemed to have fewer issues spitting up after bottles if I put him in this. Also, this seat cover held up well in the wash. I highly recommend this for parents of small babies.

Greater than one weekOne of the most used products I’ve bought for my Babygirl. I’ll read to her in it, take it with me to different rooms when baby needs to be in eyesight but I need to be hands free. It’s lightweight, portable & not an eyesore. It also helps soothe baby to sleep & pass gas/poop. Does not self bounce but that hasn’t been a problem for me. 10/10 recommend!

> 3 dayI do like this bouncer (baby isn’t here yet so I can’t report on if she likes it just yet), but the color of the frame was not accurate. The one I ordered said it was a black frame and the box also said that it was a black frame. The frame ended up being grey, which I do like and it isn’t a big deal to me, just misleading based on the listing photo. The color of the cover itself is fairly accurate, maybe just a little darker in person than in the picture. That’s the only reason I took a star away

Greater than one weekOur baby literally lived in our arms for almost two months and then we found this. This was a game changer for us , she happily sits in this for straight 30 minutes without fussing or crying. Happy that we found this product.

> 3 dayI bought this specifically for my reflux baby. He still spits up and its harder than laying down because he cannot turn himself to the side in this and he has started choking a few times. Also, while you can wash it easily, it says not to put it in the dryer and it took almost two days to fully air dry it. I lay a blanket in it now with a burp cloth for protection so i dont have to wash it every time. One thing that is true is that it does seem to help speed up bowel movements! Its nice, but not sure how its so helpful for reflux babies and I feel mislead by reviews. Maybe they have older babies that can sit in the higher recline positon. For reference my baby is almost 8 weeks and sits in the lowest recline. I still give the product a thumbs up because it is nice, just wanted to leave my experience because of all the reviews for reflux that isnt true for us. If youre solely buying it for that purpose you can save your money.
