Thought it was a great value. Looks great sitting out on the counter

We feed bananas to our two Swedish Blue ducks so buy large bunches at a time...green. finally bought a cheapie plastic stand in the grocery store that was always falling over and finally broke. Found this one and liked that they had a marble base that pretty much matches our counters. This hanger is strong, balanced and does its job well. Worth the few dollars more over others. Bonus, its quite handsome!

This was worth $20! So I found out Im picky about banana hooks...most were boring. I liked this style and especially liked the base. Its sturdy! When I move it I have to use two hands. Basically, those bananas arent going anywhere. My husband set it up, so I cant speak for the steps, but there is assembly. It takes less than a minute of set up.

Edging was rough and unfinished unlike what is shown in the sellers photos. Resulted in a grey dull color that does not match the glossy black finished top. — again unlike the sellers photos in which the top and edge match. Not sure how this one passed QA/QC before shipping. Does it work, yes. Does it look like the photo, no. Does it look good on the counter, not this one. 1 stars for lack of quality and advertising that does match the product received. Will be contacting seller to address this issue and update this post pending their feedback.
