Been taking it for 3-4 days and already feel the benefits from the second or third dose. Sleep quality awesome (giving that straight 8 hrs quota) and, overall, good feeling in general. Switched to this from the popular Natures Way one (not sure if the Gotu or Ashwa of NW that caused palpitation by 2nd week) and so far no side effects. Will update in a few days should there be any, just wanted to put out the positive review to counter the negs out there. Thanks BB - keep the good stuff coming!
