> 3 dayI love that this is pure Brahmi with no added fillers. However the taste is quite bitter and I needed to idea tsp of honey to make it more palatable. Maybe Ill try it in capsule form next time.

Greater than one weekAlthough this brand is great! and this powder has lots of great benefits, it tastes quite bitter, and makes the juices quite not good tasting. I now put very very little…:(

> 3 dayHonestly from my experience using Gotu Kola it was an excellent calming and circulation improving herb. I believe the Natures Way gave me these effects. But I cant say the same for Banyan Botanicals. They claim their products are organic and superior. However, a lot of the stuff I bought from them barely if any effects? Perhaps because they grow their products in the desert? I dont know all I know is that its not working on me and I am surprised to read all the positive reviews. Maybe they gave me an old one? THe color of the powder is a yellowish green not green green. Maybe thats why? If anyone else has experienced similar results from this product please leave a comment. Thanks

> 3 dayI absolutely will never go without this stuff. I have been using it for about 2 months now, daily. I put half a teaspoon in my morning tea. It tastes and smells like crap but if you can knock a shot of alcohol back with no prob, this shouldn’t be an issue esp knowing the benefits for your body. with continued use you will notice a difference. It helps with mental clarity and anxiety.

> 3 dayVery finely ground, I add a teaspoon to my fruit smoothies and yogurt and it works pretty well. Gotu Kola has been suggested for a variety of ailments, including depression, anxiety, skin disorders and circulatory problems. All around good for you, I take it to moderate my mood and for improving circulation and fatigue. Taken in small amounts daily I think it is good for both. I am accustomed to putting most of my herbs in caps, which you could easily do with this.... but because it is so finely ground it goes into food just as readily and does not taste bad nor does it alter the taste of foods noticeably. I just added a level teaspoon to me evening yogurt and it tasted just fine.
