Dry Vitamin D is supposed to be much easier for your body to absorb and studies suggest Vitamn D (particularly D3) may be instrumental in preventing cancer. If that is the case, I have little to lose and much to gain by adding this to my regimen!

I have not had Bariatric surgery but my Dr. wanted me to take this dose and I found this dry form of the vitamin D. I also take calcium suppliments and magnesium so, my Dr. said keep doing what ever you are doing as it is working. Easy to take.
