> 3 dayDue to less time in the sun without sunscreen, we dont absorb as much Vitamin D as we need anymore. This is a great product. My Vitamin D level is always borderline, just barely at the normal level and occasionally falls below. I only take this every 3 days, and there is also Vitamin D in my calcium tablets. My D level is now hovering above normal (but not extremely high, which would be bad) and my doctor is a lot happier with my lab results. This seems to absorb better than the little gelcaps that are sold everywhere.

Greater than one weekI have wasted so much money or cheaper products trying to get my levels up. I now buy this. I take it twice a day and finally I am feeling better and my levels are rising. Now if I can just get my anemia under control. :)

I have not had Bariatric surgery but my Dr. wanted me to take this dose and I found this dry form of the vitamin D. I also take calcium suppliments and magnesium so, my Dr. said keep doing what ever you are doing as it is working. Easy to take.
