Got this right away. Since I have used this product my bone density has actually gotten better. I have not had Bariatric surgery but my Dr. wanted me to take this dose and I found this dry form of the vitamin D. I also take calcium suppliments and magnesium so, my Dr. said keep doing what ever you are doing as it is working. Easy to take.

I had very low Vitamin D levels and for over six months my doctor had me on 50,000 unit pills, taking one a week and it did nothing. So I stopped taking those and started just one a day of these (on my own) and it went up to where it should be! I continue these and have had no problems again in years. In fact I’m taking one every other day now.
