Excellent product for your face.

I actually shave (my face as I am a dude) with this stuff and found its the best shave solution I have ever used. It actually happened by mistake, as I ran out of my Cremo Cream, started using my Old Spice dry skin body wash, and then decided to give this a try. My neck is pretty sensitive and tends to get razor burn that can be felt throughout the day, but not with this. After my tube of Basis ran dry, I picked up some more Cremo Creme and the razor burn came right back. I quickly ordered the 3 tube qty of this, put my other cream in the cabinet for emergencies, and now can shave every day without irritation. Its also a quality face wash.

Best face wash on the market in my opinion. I’ve used this stuff for years and was glad to find it available in multi packs here on amazon when retailers like Walmart stopped carrying it.

Removes washable makeup easily with no scrubbing. I have fair, sensitive skin and there is no irritation. Also does not dry out my skin. I’ve been using this for years. Love this stuff!

This is an awesome basic face cleanser. I love how it smells, lathers, rinses, and how my face feels afterwards. Skin is clean and soft. This cleanser is said to be for normal to oily skin. But if you have sensitive skin that is not SUPER sensitive, Im sure you can use this. Thats the kind of skin I have. I tried other formulas that are made for sensitive skin (Cetaphil) and found those to be too gentle that it didnt give me the clean feeling I wanted. This cleanser took off my make-up and really gave me balanced results--dry parts were cleaned without over drying and oily parts were cleaned and unwanted oils were removed. I stopped using this cleanser for a while only because I couldnt find it in stores anymore. Im so glad that Amazon carries it and at an even better price than before since Im using Subscribe and Save. I highly recommend this cleanser. I only wished it came in a more convenient pump dispenser. Last note: Make sure you do not get this stuff in your eyes. I feel like when it gets in my eyes, its more painful than when I get shampoo/soap suds in my eyes. It might be effects of the minty botanicals... but just heed my caution.

There are a lot of facial cleansers out there that are fine, but many cost a lot more than this, with dubiously valuable ingredients. Truth is, facial cleansers only stay on your face for a very short time, so any additives hardly have a chance to have any effect! When you need is something to remove excess oil without drying out the skin. This stuff is perfect for that. Basis is a very trusted brand. As a physician, I have long recommend Basis brand products to patients who needed simple, gentle cleaning without extra potential irritants and allergens. It smells pleasant without being perfumy. It washes off quickly and cleanly without drying the face. Its my go-to facial cleanser for everyday, and I put some into a mini-size, sealable container for when I travel. Very economical, especially in the three-pack. No drawbacks or hesitations. Highly recommended!
