I love this fan. It really blows the air. I live in Florida and I needed a fan in case the electricity goes out so this battery fan will work fine. I will reccomend it to a friend.

So disappointed in the usb products...Too much monkey business! I did not have the patience to keep trying to find something that really worked! So I wanted battery operated!!!!! I did not care that this seemed a little pricey...but by God pleasantly surprised in this tiny little soldier! I want more of them & wish there were more products that just ran off of batteries alone....since the power went out & I nearly froze to death last winter... I actually became incoherent & it scared me! Now with the power shortages in this crazy extreme summer heat, I am only looking for things I can count on to help when the power goes out! To cool or cook with.......

This is a great and perfectly sized fan that comes in handy. The noise level from the fan blades is actually quite low. Just be prepared to keep an additional (4) pack of D batteries handy if you use this fan on a constant basis. I love this fan and the various fan settings (L/M/H) is a great feature, but the 1/3 & 5 hour automatic timing feature is a WINNER.

I like that this is light, you can plug it in and its battery operated. Great for the home and camping

I haven’t used the battery function yet, but so far it is quiet and works well. It wouldn’t run on the highest setting when I had it plug into a usb plug but as soon as I changed the adapter it works great.

I loved this little fan the first time I used it. I was mainly going to use this on an upcoming cycling trip, for a tent fan. I set it up to use with my trainer and testing the lasting power of the batteries. So far it has been very quiet, I used it in my bedroom one night and used it to put some air on some wet hanging clothes. The timer works well, and there are 3 levels of power. Great little fan so far. Still have to check the length of the battery life and see if the fan can withstand the packing and unpacking that will occur on my trip!

Works perfectly to cool down small areas such as my granddaughters car.

We are presently without power. Lost it just yesterday. I had a smaller , personal size fan , saved me from a totally sleepless night , but, now needed bigger and stronger. This Fan is perfect ! And it arrived the very next day! Early afternoon too!!! Yes! We are still without power ! This is truly a life safer !! Plus 3 speeds. , easy , no fuss , battery installment. As , last year , I purchased good size fan, and still cannot get battery compartment open , needed a screw driver ! Like really ! We usually need this in an emergency situation , the last thing , you need, is to deal with a tricky battery compartment !! Now , if you can make , an even bigger Size!!? Even better. Also has a timer , so, you will not forget to turn off and waste battery life. Needs D batteries (4) Thank you Amazon ! You are there for me, when I needed a product the most !!!!!! You Rock!! This is a neat little quiet fan. It has 3 speeds but really only the top is noticeable. It’s really a personal fan but gets the job done if using it for that purpose.

I bought one of these while trying to find a quieter battery-operated fan than the ones I have for power outages. While my other battery-operated fans move air, its impossible to sleep when theyre on. I was skeptical, but other reviews convinced me to give this one a try. I gotta admit, I was really surprised and extremely happy! I even replaced the other electric bedroom fan with this one because its quieter. I keep it on the nightstand. I really love the fact its low profile, so doesnt take up a lot of space. I find running it at the lowest setting is perfect for white noise and cooling the room while I sleep. On its highest speed its still really quiet, it just cools the room too much for me. But, I know Ill appreciate that quiet high speed if we have a power outage in the summer and Im trying to cool the room with this and a swamp cooler. I liked it so much I bought a second one in case I need it.
