I wanted a battery operated fan just in case electricity goes out. This fan is battery operated. I have another desktop fan which plugs into the wall, it is much more effective than this one.

Tulsa, OK had a terrible wind storm on 6/17/23. Winds got up to 100 mph and knocked out power for over 200,000 customers. My brother and sister-in-law lost power and as of today, 6/21/23, they are still without power. I ordered this fan and some D batteries for them to help them sleep at night until their power is back on and they received it the day after I ordered it. They tell me that it works great. They turn it on medium speed while sleeping and they said it has really helped to keep the air moving in their house.

This is a neat little quiet fan. It has 3 speeds but really only the top is noticeable. It’s really a personal fan but gets the job done if using it for that purpose.

We were out of electricity for about 3 days due to Hurricane Ian. Living in Florida - it got pretty warm inside the house. This fan was awesome. Battery powered, pretty quiet, long life. It helped us to stay comfortable without AC and we kept it on all night to stay cool & promote air movement within the house. Im thinking of buying another. Great product.

I got this to put in our Hurricane Prep box. It works okay. However, I must have been a bit too rough when installing the batteries cause the plastic lid to the battery compartment broke. (Thank goodness for duct tape!) After I purchased this, I found a larger one for the same price at one of the big box stores ... you know the one, with the door greeters in the sexy blue vests.

Bought these in anticipation of Hurrican Ian and loss of power and Air Conditioning. We were so lucky for the 1 week without power, the temps outside were very pleasant and these circulated the air quietly and with wonderful air flow. I highly recommend.

Ordered this for someone else. Fan speed good. Construction good liked timer. . Fit for purpose package arrived perfect. If you buy nothing else this century, buy this fan. No regerts

This is a great and perfectly sized fan that comes in handy. The noise level from the fan blades is actually quite low. Just be prepared to keep an additional (4) pack of D batteries handy if you use this fan on a constant basis. I love this fan and the various fan settings (L/M/H) is a great feature, but the 1/3 & 5 hour automatic timing feature is a WINNER.
