> 3 dayIt does provide some much needed relief. At this point, I was willing to try anything. Im experiencing my first sciatica, and from my understanding, its severe. Left lower back, all the way to my foot. Ive experienced every symptom on the medical sites. This has really helped my calf, and made walking much easier. Ive got a long road to recovery, but this is helping. If my case wasnt so severe, it may provide better relief. It fits well under my own clothes, so you cant even notice it. Even if I could, it doesnt look bad. It seems to fit well, and didnt slide down on me. Im an automotive technician, it really doesnt hinder anything I do.

> 3 dayI dont know the science behind acupressure but overall it has helped me. Pros: When I am just walking or sitting, it definitely seems to help eliminate 75-100% of the pain. When I run, I get maybe 50% relief. Not great but it helps me keep going. It is cheap. It isnt more drugs. Cons: I wish it gave better relief when I was running. Overall for the price I would say it is worth it. I am happy with any relief at this point.

Greater than one weekI wasn’t expecting a miracle. But it does work for me most of the time.

> 3 dayI bought this for a friend of mine and she said it works as advertised. She’s tried several things to get some relief and nothing had worked before. She’s happy to be pain free.

> 3 dayI purchased this for my brother-in-law who suffers from severe sciatica. He was consuming handfuls of off the shelf pain relievers. Ultimately this is not a good solution for ones health. But, he is an extreme sceptic of all health aids and does not listen to reason. My sister prevailed upon him to try BeActive Plus Acupressure System when it was delivered. Although he initially did not believe it would do anything, within 15 minutes his pain level had decreased 90%. After the next 15 minutes, he stated that all his pain was gone! He now wears this everyday and asked my sister to purchased a backup device.

> 3 dayI was desperate the pain was impacting ever aspect of my life. I could barely walk . I thought what the heck probably voodoo magic as so many things are now a days. But as soon as i put it on i felt relief. Went from a 8 to a 2-3. I could walk on treadmill and complete a workout without stopping. Worth buying . Ill edit in a month to see how it goes… so far very surprised. My husband said he could see the pain fade from my face…

> 3 dayInstructions state otherwise, but I suspect the pressure button on the outside belongs on the inside. No relief at all. Interesting to know how many people, if any, get any pain relief. When I used it, as instructed, I could not stand longer that 90 seconds, nor walk, without severe pain that radiated from the lower back/sacrum, through the hip, down the leg and past the knee. It was worth a try; sorry, but I got no relief.

> 3 dayI bought this to give it a try, as when in pain, one will generally try anything to relieve that pain. It did seem to help my sciatic pain. I did however have a few days when I think I just wore it for too long because it started to irritate my calf where the pressure point piece rests (which is the reason I’m not giving this a 5 star review). I used this about a month, but recently had an epidural injection, so am not needing to use this right now. But it’s nice to know that I have something to help when the shot wears off and the pain returns. Bottom line, if you are suffering from sciatic pain, give this a try. Just be careful to give your calf a break from the pressure point once in a while.
