At first I wrote it off to coincidence. But the pain still mostly goes away whenever I wear it. The only negative was that it caused the skin underneath to itch a lot when I first started wearing it. I think that my skin just wasnt used to it because the itching is now very slight, if at all. Ive been wearing it fairly regularly for about two weeks now.

I dont know the science behind acupressure but overall it has helped me. Pros: When I am just walking or sitting, it definitely seems to help eliminate 75-100% of the pain. When I run, I get maybe 50% relief. Not great but it helps me keep going. It is cheap. It isnt more drugs. Cons: I wish it gave better relief when I was running. Overall for the price I would say it is worth it. I am happy with any relief at this point.

the directions for putting it on your calf,either right or left are clear,and the directions say do not wear more than 2 hours at a time..it is adjustable but you must get the large disc in the right spot..i need to try it a few more times to say for sure,but it seemingly did nothing to alleviate sciatic pain..

Fits just fine. Very comfortable. Work within just a few minute. Its the best sleep ive gotten in a long time Didnt wake up all Stiff. I love this thing.

Sorry, I can’t rate rthis product yet. My sciatica nerve is not bothering me today but I’m looking forward to trying it when I’m in pain.

I have been suffering for years, I have been taking Tylenol almost daily. I was skeptical about this product, I found it relieves the pain and makes it more bearable. I recommend!

my mom has terrible, sciatic pain throughout her hip and leg after wearing these, she noticed a considerable difference and was able to sleep more comfortably
