I put it on, and when I got it on correctly, I could feel some level of relief. I feel like the pain went from a 7.5 to a 2. I can live with that if it means no pain meds, and I only spent $24.00.

Had nothing to lose if it didnt work...but it actually did! Had knee replacement and have screws and rods in back...never had sciatic issues but whats one more ache! This thing really alleviates the pain. Wear it for a couple of days and then Im good for a couple more without...have turned a bunch of friends and customers onto it. Again, if it works, yeah!! If not you can return...worth the shot, trust me!

Its helpful while using. Pain comes right back when you take it off.

Relief isn’t instant but give it a few minutes and you will start to get some refief. It does get loose after a while just tighten it up. Make sure you position it correctly
