Get these regularly for our office, and 2 of these so far had the foam inside busted, a used HDMI cord with white.. paint? All over the cord. All the plastic baggies were just stuffed in the box, when normally each cord/manual has its own baggie. Dont know if these were returned and they re used them or something but was kinda iffy about using them. Luckily they still work as of now though....

My workstation consists of 4 monitors that I use to stare at charts and other small, fast moving data for hours at a time. Ive been getting headaches and having trouble focusing lately so I figured it may be time for an upgrade. I ordered one of these monitors to see if the eyecare technology was worth the hype. The difference in this display vs the 3 older ones I have is just incredible. The lighting is even and clean. I dont really know how to explain it but it just feels much more natural to look at. The issue Ive had with every monitor is probably the same as most people. I felt like I was always having to play with the brightness and contrast when bouncing back and forth between programs with a darker background and reading documents with a white background. This has solved that issue with its automatic light sensing and eyecare technology. The price is also spectacular for what this monitor offers. Ill be ordering 3 more to update the rest. Thanks BenQ! Update: Its been 7 months now with zero issues. Update: Almost a year now and still no issues. Also a small plus Ive noticed.. The plastic has a matte finish and is easy to clean. Other monitors Ive had start to look old quickly because the smooth plastic scratches easily while youre dusting it. Might not mean much to most people but Im a nut and thought it was worth mentioning.

Back in 1982 I got my first computer (and monitor), and IMB Displaywriter dedicated word processor. Ive used a lot of monitors since then, and this one is the best ever. Period. I wanted an IPS monitor that I could adjust lower - almost touching the desktop - so I wouldnt have to look upward to see the screen. The stand on this monitor goes low. All the specs are great. I hadnt even though abut their eye care technology. My old LG monitor had some kind of blue-light reading mode that wasnt any good at all, at least not for me. This BenQ monitor has 4 different view modes, so I tried them out. The Reading mode lowers the brightness the most so I decided to use it. Wow! What a difference. With the other monitor, I was having to stop and rest my 80 year old eyes (only one eye still works) after about 15 minutes. Now I can go an hour - yes... 60 minutes - before I have to stop and rest. This stuff really works! When I need to do some image editing, or work on a video, I switch to the Multimedia mode - the brightest and most accurate colors - and when I am done, back to the Reading mode again. Whats really impressive is that this isnt even their top of the line monitor! I bought it for the stand, so I could lower the monitor. Shh... dont tell them, but... after using this monitor daily for more than 3 months, Id pay twice as much for it. If you have eye fatigue, like I do, this monitor might be what you need.

The BENQ Monitor exceeds all my expectations for an ideal gaming monitor. The picture is crisp. The settings are user friendly making it easy to adjust to gaming settings. The sound is not great but it almost gets louder over time, and sounds just fine for me excluding music quality. The gaming mode setting is a really cool adjustment. The screen lets off a beautiful LED picture. The brightness adjustment setting is super great. I have sensitive eyes and can’t stare at screens for long although that’s not ever the case with that BenQ. Great purchase !

First off, I spent weeks over analyzing reviews and when I finally went to buy them, they sold out. So I had to wait about two weeks, was about to buy other brands (Viewsonic, sceptre, Acer, and HP) because I was impatient. So glad I didn’t. I swapped out 2 (two) 22inch Dell monitors (which both were different bezels and models) one was brighter than the other and one had too much yellowing. It was definitely time to swap. I really don’t play any games on my work computer, so I can’t comment on the games or refresh rate being too low at i What I did try was some movies (At 720p and 1080p) and YouTube streaming. The picture, brightness, and colors are super crisp! The refresh rate at 60hz is fine for what we do. If you work in the office, this is more than perfect!! Surprisingly, the speakers are ok, definitely made for listening to a webinar or a team meeting... or music on low. But, to be clear, I won’t be using these monitors to watch movies, but it was a great test of the clarity and colors. I’ll be using this for Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and company programs. The viewing angles are great too! My wife said I didn’t need new monitors but after I bought them anyway, set them up and she saw them set up, she told me she is going to use them too. We both use the same HP Docking station so works out! See the before and after pictures. I also attached these monitors on Amazon’s Dual Monitor desk mount for $39.99. So much cleaner and less crap on the desk. One thing I’ll say, the flicker free is for real!!! You may see some on the pictures that I uploaded but my wife and I literally DO NOT see any flickering! Also, we hated that the other older monitors had large bezels that prevented us from being more efficient and had to move out apps or word documents around so we could read them. Now, we can literally read everything with little to no distraction or disruption. Yes, there is at least just shy of a 1/4 inch bezel, but after dealing with a 2 inch bezel gap between the two older monitors, this is glorious!! The two bezels on the BenQ combined are still thinner than one of the monitors on the Dell. Trust me, Especially with working from home during the pandemic, this was causing more pissed off days. Also, the adaptive brightness is also working and very subtle but works! It does come with HDMI cables, but my HP docking station has two DP ports. Yes recommend!!!

Needed to replace my dual monitor setup to support me working from home. After reading reviews, took a chance with the BenQ monitors. I have never heard of the brand but seemed like they were trending in the right direction. Wow, really happy with the decision. Crisp images with brilliant colors and an edge to edge display. Packing (five stars): Monitors were packed really well with no parts bouncing or sliding around in the box. Contents could survive a short fall. Setup (five stars): There is not a lot to the setup. Comes with instructions and stand. Easy to install, took less than five minutes. Keep in mind it comes with an HDMI cable. If you have a different interface, buy the cable. Picture Quality (five stars): I am not sure it was because I was previously using such an old monitor from before but the picture is bright, vivid, and crisp. Really love the small of bezel. I tried a couple of games and it seemed the monitor kept up with the frame rate demand with no stuttering/shifting. Overall, a great product and would recommend to my family and friends.

Ive had this monitor for about two years now and its perfect. I have a smaller desk and it fits rather nicely. The display is smooth. This product is marketed perfectly, it does everything it claims. Definitely worth the price. :)

I basically bought this because of Evans review. I also have a background in photography so hearing him say how decent it was spurred me to purchase it. My last monitor was some cheapo Best Buy garbage just so I could have a monitor. This naturally is leagues ahead. When looking at the photos I did in University using an iMac and comparing them to this monitor and my prints, I do feel like the vibrance is a just a tad too high, but its default settings are quite similar to what I used to use back then. The menu buttons blow my mind because it actually tells you what they do instead of the BB monitor where pressing them was a guessing game on how to navigate. Certain features seem to be locked an unavailable for adjustments, so I cant reduce the vibrancy on the monitor for whatever reason. My biggest complaint is the idea that I had to spend an extra $50 for a taller monitor because Im taller than most people, that just feels crappy. Also the Amazon community said you can adjust the height of the stand? But Im not seeing any clue on how and the manual doesnt explain this either. I just need it like, 2 inches shorter. Otherwise, I love and enjoy the monitor but the extra $50 left a sour taste in my mouth.

Like: If you are on a budget this is a really good monitor. I usually play games on my Dell G3 Laptop and I wanted a monitor with a big screen. Well, I found this monitor while its on sale. Finally received it and it was quick when it comes to shipping. The packaging was very clean. It was very easy to setup and you do not need any tools to set this up. The video looks great. I would have bought one with 144hz 1ms for gaming, but I’m on a budget. I would go all out if I was more into first person shooting games, but it does it’s job. I’m going to purchase another one. I also love how BenQ provided the hdmi cable. That’s a plus in my books since I don’t need to purchase one. Other than that I have no issues with it. Works great with my eyes since it uses that special feature to turn off the blue light. Great for long lasting gaming without stressing my eyes since I play World of Warcraft Classic. Also love how thin the boarders are. Dislike: The speaker on the monitor are way too low. Thats expected on any monitor in my books. That’s the only thing I dislike about this monitor. Other than that I’m still giving this monitor a 5 stars since I’m just using this as a monitor. If I wanted great sound then I would rather buy external speakers. I’m more in it for the picture. Check out the photos I posted and hope this helps.
