Love this product. Great price and great product

I like the design of this luggage overall. The color is great along with the lightweight and maneuverability. It seems to hold up pretty well as we have used it a couple times now. My only issue with design is the handles. They will pinch your fingers if you get close to the ends of them every time. My other complaint is a manufacturing issue. On the inside of one they put the same clasps so they will not work correctly.

I love the color and the look of the luggage. But my first trip going PHL to LAS my large bag did not handle well with (southwest airline) philly baggage handlers. When I retrieved my bag in Vegas it was scuffed up AND dented. I was soooo embarrassed. I wouldve appreciated the purchase if the durability was better like the reviews said. For the first use and the the first leg of a round trip Vacation it should not have been dented and beaten up the way it was. Also... pulling 2 bags on the MGM Grand hotel carpet floor to the rooms was challenging.

Small size to small and purple color its not purple its more eggplant color very dark

I am editing this as a request from the manufacturer. Totally disappointed in this product!!! They have been very responsive in settling this issue. Give them the courtesy of trying their product.

Im only one trip in and wondering how long these will make it. The largest suitcase does have an expander on it, butnit feels flimsy and the zipper definitely feels the pressure from that. Same thing for the inside they feel very cheap. When I took them off of baggage claim they were incredibly scuffed up and I dont know if it was really the airline because Ive never seen a bag of that marked up before but this was my first time traveling with these. They feel a little chintzy in many ways but they also look really lovely. The carry-on, because it was treated more kindly, of course still looks much better. I have it in a deep purple and I wonder if a lighter color would actually hide the scuff marks better because as I think about it, my old lime green ones probably eventually got his scuffed but it wasnt as obvious. The zippers make me nervous though I never had issues with the zippers on any of my old suitcases and this has started to split a couple times. So Ill keep an eye on it but I dont think these are going to last very long. Ill update either way down the road.

Great buy

I dont like that the material is thin you can literally push it down by barely pushing. HOWEVER, these luggages are sturdy! I was afraid the wheels would break or give out on us and havent yet. We took them to a town in MX where it’s mostly rocky and those wheels continue so smoothly. Also no dents. So pretty good for what we paid!

I got this on prime day and there were only a handful of reviews at the time, not all positive. Thankfully I received mine in great condition, they survived a round trip from LA to Seattle without a single scratch. I did notice that the zipper on the interior to section off the suitcase aren’t the best and did come undone at the edges with weight on it (about 40lbs) Otherwise a fantastic buy, and I would recommend to others!
