On my first trip, the largest suitcase zipper came undone in the middle. Very challenging when you’re on an international trip and you’re at the airport and the zipper splits open to everything spilling out at the curb. Good news is I unzipped and zipped it back together again but the fear of it happening again while at the airport through baggage claim was big. I paid to have it wrapped in plastic to keep that from happening but I shouldn’t have to do that on a brand new suitcase. The zipper teeth are not strong enough to support an actual suitcase. It came undone just by lifting it up by the handle

I bought these three pieces set before summer break. Have gotten to use for four air trips and they havent been cracked. The wheels are very smooth and easy to manage. The check-in luggage is in the perfect size. Love the TSA lock. Just hope the carryon has a USB port. This was a great buy. Im happy with the set,

We purchased these just before going to Port Vallarta , then on to Angel Fire, Fort Meyer and Kansas City . Next Month we are going to Europe and have been very pleased with the purchase rolls like it did the first day and handles a lot of clothing

This would have been a great review if it hadn’t been late and if the largest luggage didn’t have a big dent in the bottom of it right out the box. Like I’m not sure what hit it hard enough to do this but it did and you don’t give the option for a replacement just a refund. I don’t have time to send them all back, wait till you get them in maybe 7 days, wait for my refund, place a new order, and wait for a whole new set for however long that takes. I needed this to be good now. I am dissatisfied with the lake or replacement here. Why do I need to get refunded when you could just send the replacement large suitcase and I can place the damaged one in that box and send it back to you. This is doing too much!
