Bernat Blanket Bright Yarn, Pixie Pink

I’m absolutely in love with this yarn. I’ve never used it before, so it was a new experience for me. I was able to make a full length blanket for myself out of a little over 6 balls of this yarn. I love how the colors and the patterns worked out. Now I made a very simple blanket. So no fancy crocheting. I needed a backup blanket for my bed, so I made it myself and Im super happy with how it turned out using this yarn, and it’s so soft and comfortable! I highly recommend this yarn for your next crochet project!!!

Love this yarn! Makes super soft and cuddly blankets! Crocheted one for my grandson with his college’s colors and he sleeps with it all the time! His mom started calling him, “Linus”!

This yarn is a great color and the softness is perfect. Unfortunately, it is FULL of knots. Looks a bit like it was tied together from smaller scrap pieces to make a roll. Tried using it and making due, but it is too difficult to work with all the knots and broken pieces of yarn.

I was disappointed that this color was made in China, unlike the others I was working with. The quality difference is very noticeable. The vintage white, made in India, is soft and round, but this yellow was flat and scruffy. Disappointed that they werent comparable.

I’m crocheting a blanket with this yarn and I love the feel of it and how pretty it looks. But on my last order, the yarn wasn’t in one piece. I pulled off all these loose strands/broken pieces of yarn. Total waste and it wasn’t just a small piece gone. Sincerely hoping there’s not any more!

Great yarn. Easy to crochet with. So soft! I made a baby blanket for a friend and now working on a second one.

I wanted to crochet a new baby blanket for my first grandson due December 13th... I actually picked out this exact yarn at the local crafts store and then ordered the other 2 here! It was a much better deal here than either of my local stores! This yarn is wonderfully amazing for making super thick, incredibly soft blankets! I have used this same brand/style of yarn in the past to make blankets and they are great! They are very durable and super soft! I love that my son can lay the blanket onto the floor for baby and know that nothing that could be on the floor will simply go thru the blanket and get near the babys mouth or nose! I accidentally cut the blanket I had made for my husband years ago and never attempted to fix it at all... It has not pulled loose or come undone whatsoever around the cut! I cannot believe how good this yarn works to make extremely long lasting blankets! It also makes the blanket basically a weighted blanket as well! The thickness of the yarn makes the blankets weigh much more than regular yarn would! It is in no way an uncomfortable weight however! The weight, thickness and softness this yarn makes the blankets will definitely put anyone using it to sleep very quickly! It makes extremely cozy and comforting blankets! I have many plans to make many more blankets using this brand and style of yarn! Another great aspect is vast array of colors this yarn comes in! Solid colors and mixing colors... This is definitely my favorite blanket yarn for making people that I love blankets... It seems like you can actually feel the love that it was made with!

I use this brand often for the baby blankets I crochet. They make up great and are perfect for putting a baby on the floor. The yarn is easy to work with. Definitely recommend.

This Bernat baby yarn is nice and soft. I ordered the vanilla color and it matches the advertised picture. Some other reviews mention lots of knots or joints, but I only found one joining knot in a whole skein. It works great as a baby yarn, and I like that it is machine washable. This yarn is exactly the thickness I was looking for- about as fat around as the shaft of a wooden pencil. 10/10 would recommend!
