Do not buy this product. I was very unhappy with how cheap the plastic and everything was when I received it. I almost returned it but was going on a trip and needed luggage. I thought surely for the price I paid it would be at the very least useable. I have used the whole set one time. The small carry-on bag 3 times. When I started packing the 3rd time one of the pulls of the zipper was already gone. While on the trip the teeth started falling out and were very hard to close. Imagine my surprise when the zipper fell apart in the middle of Miamis airport. I used it 3 times, it was never overpacked, it was never checked-in baggage, always used as a carry-on. No children in my home to be rough with it. I could have gotten a better-built suitcase at Wal-Mart that cost less. It lasted 4 months. I honestly can not express how unhappy I am with it. I gave it a one star because I had to rate it but it should be minus 10 stars

I love this luggage- the pattern is awesome! FYI, they come with cute luggage tags on each bag so you don’t need to purchase any. Also the zippers have hearts for the holes- I like the extra details they added. I’ve been on three flights using the middle size bag and so far no issues. Nothing has torn, ripped or broke just normal airline wear. Fun bag and good quality! I would purchase again.

The suitcase itself is beautiful. I was so excited to receive this. Wherever the suitcase was stored previously, however, must’ve been moldy. Even after wiping out the interior and airing it out for days, it stinks of must and mold. Very disappointed.

going on trips

Just bought this set seven months ago. This is one suitcase of the set that needs to be checked and has been checked for maybe 3-4 trips since I purchased it. See the busted wheel and hole after my most recent trip. If it can’t hold up to baggage handling, it’s not worth the investment.

So far she loves them. Only had the opportunity to use the small one.
