I cant say enough good things about this luggage. Its so cute I went back and ordered one more piece to go with it.

They were perfect and stayed intact during the mad Christmas/New Years travel.

I’m almost always going over the weight limit. The zipper has broken after 4 trips. And the wheels has stopped spinning. Drives me crazy! The only good think has been the fact that it’s easy to spot on the conveyor belt.

I took 3 pieces on a month trip. The handles became loose and did not stay in the correct position to use. Two different time the holets had to fix the handles so I could use. When I arrived home it seems the airline damaged the handle of another. I think Betsy Johnson should take all back and send some that work properly. I like the set. However, not able to use. I do like how easy it is to find a persons luggage while traveling.

I wanted to love this. But then you notice all the cheap workmanship holding it all together. Seams were being held together with glue and already coming apart with zero use. Upside the bags were huge, design is cute.

While these cases are really cute they are super flimsy and at best suited for car travel and NOT air travel. They won’t survive being checked in.

I bought this set for my wife. She loves it. Betsy designs as usual different. We took a trip to Mexico and it stood up

I went back and forth on whether to buy the luggage or not and boy am I glad I decided, YES! I absolutely love the luggage and cant wait to use it over and over again. Not only is it beautiful but its easy to push/pull/roll and there is so much room in each one.
