I bought this luggage twice and both times I only received 1 of the 3 pieces. I had to return it twice.

Great colors! Easy to spot, easy to roll and light weight.

The suitcase itself is beautiful. I was so excited to receive this. Wherever the suitcase was stored previously, however, must’ve been moldy. Even after wiping out the interior and airing it out for days, it stinks of must and mold. Very disappointed.

These are beautiful. Tons of compliments. Like any luggage they have scratches already after about 4 road trips. I imagine if I carry these on flights they may be more “based” up.

UPDATED REVIEW: I traveled to CA and the luggage held up so well! I’m truly impressed. I haven’t even notice more damage than a couple very tiny scratches. I flew on a smaller plane, so overhead space was limited, but I easily carried my small suitcase on the plane and it wasn’t too heavy to put in the overhead bin. These sets are awesome!! Worth the splurge in my opinion. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this set because my older, soft-sided luggage was on its last leg from my latest trip. I love that this Betsey Johnson luggage has more than 2 wheels so it’s nice and easy to maneuver. I haven’t traveled with them yet-I’ll be using the carry on only for my CA trip in July, but I expect the carry on will hold up just fine. The one thing I’m concerned about, which others have mentioned, is that when/if any of the bags are checked, the TSA agents are very unforgiving, and the luggage may not hold up very well. This is my reason for 4 stars instead of 5. FedEx delivered the box to my front door which was so helpful because I live on the third floor of my apartment building. The luggage comes in a large Betsey Johnson box, so I imagine if you wanted to surprise someone with it, it may be difficult to hide what it is. I believe that unfortunately, there’s really no way to guarantee that you won’t receive a set with damage or defects... it’s kind of the luck of the draw. My set was perfect, but obviously there are reviews where that was definitely not the case. All in all, I might buy again , however Amazon raised the price from around $250 to nearly $275 in the last week, which seems unfair and unfortunate. I do recommend this luggage- great buy!

I enjoy the fun patterns and flirty flare. No complaints as of yet :).

The two smallest pieces (underseat luggage and cosmetic/travel size bag) is not included in this purchase, but I wanted to show everything as a complete set. They all move around with ease and are very light weight. I bought protectors for the luggages that are not carry on sizes with baggage claim at the airport in mind in order to prevent as much damage and protect from it getting really dirty as much as possible. I will come back to update this review once I’ve had a chance to use them to include durability.

Wheel came off on large suitcase with my first use.. terribly disappointed.
