I make my own body butter, using this as one of the three ingredients I use.. It has no scent - which is exactly what I need as I have sensitivity to some scents. I have purchased this twice and will continue.

The mango butter is very soft and melts in your hand. There is no scent, absorbs essential oils well. I use the mango butter in my body butter fomula It’s moisturizing with out being greasy. I love this product and have ordered a few times

Wow, totally impressed by the mango butter. Im a big fan of pampering myself. Ive have replaced my ponds facial cream for the butter. Ive used it consecutively for the past 4 days. Wash you face and apply..then feel the magic. My face is comparative to a babies bottom and so soft! Ive officially made this part of my reversing age regimen..lol. One minor minor drawback, not even. I wish it smelled like a mango. But Im in love with it! Will buy again and again. Update: Ive bought the butter 3x since my last review...Im a happy customer

I bought this mango butter after trying a shea butter to make whipped body butters from. The shea butter had a strong unpleasant scent no matter what I did with it, sort of musty smelling. This mango butter had basically no scent whatsoever and made a super light fluffy body cream that didnt require a ton of fragrance added! I mixed a bit of coconut oil with it and apricot oil, then arrowroot powder to keep it non greasy feeling. It is my favorite recipe so far!

I am rewriting my review. My first batch was amazing, soft wonderful product. The second order was grainy and unsatisfactory. I reached out to the company and they were very prompt about replying and issuing me a refund as well as apologizing for the faulty product. I will purchase from them again.

Package inside a bag within a bag. Upon opening the inner bag, there is a bit of a pungent smell. NOT to worry; the smell doesn’t transfer as you are using minimal amount. The directions advise you to use a peas size amount, warm in hands. Despite moving it around hands, to get a useable oil product. I still had a grains . I tried placing the amount in microwave and STLL HAD GRAINS . Photos are what was left after microwave and hands to get the product to melt. I got this for my hair for the LCO method. It left not oily residue (applied on wet hair). Let’s see if my hair will like it after this amount Is depleted. I don’t notice a smell on hands or hair , only when opening the inner bag. UPDATE: So nice my last review I used for a LCO method and after washing my hair, I am still getting granuals of mango butter when combing . I had hoped it would melt or washout.

I have subscriptions for the mango butter and the Shea butter and I’ve been using them for over a year now. I’m happy it didn’t take me longer to realize that no matter how gentle commercial lotions and creams claim to be, they’re typically filled with toxic chemicals and dry your skin out more than they moisturize. I’ve had eczema my whole life and severe allergies. Even my doctors recommended commercial brand lotions, including Vaseline which is made of petroleum and has no moisturizing properties. This is due to a lack of deeper research and falling victim to the heavy advertising that’s pushed at us constantly. I have removed all toxic products from my house. I’ve been making my own creams now using only organic ingredients and the mango and shea butters. It’s very soothing to my skin. I highly recommend products from this brand to people with or without skin diseases.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the products that Ive purchased from Better Shea Butter!!! I first purchased the Shea Butter several years ago for my daughters eczema. The owner, Isabella, was truly amazing with responding to my questions via email and she even suggested several recipes to help my little one. That experience, in addition to the excellent quality of the product, has made me a loyal customer! Ok, so the mango butter review- this is a wonderful product for those who have a nut allergy and/or for whatever reason are unable/dont like to use the shea butter. It comes in the form of a block, it is creamy & ultra moisturizing when rubbed with hands and applied to the skin directly and it mixes really nicely with other oils for all the DIYers out there. It is well packaged and even comes with information that directs you to a link for free recipes. Get it, you wont regret it!! ***So proud of the Better Shea Lady for the growth of her business while still maintaining the customer at the heart of it all***
