Amazing . Complete life savor . I get hangover so bad and I have a milk allergy . I woke up very sick from getting into some dairy accidentally I drank one of this after throwing up for an hour and it helped me so much . I’m going to continue to have these on hand now and forever lol . Found these in Georgia living in Ohio Amazon is the only place for me to dine these.

Includes vitamins. Berry flavor over ice is best. I drink two a day. It states on bottle I-V in a bottle. Very fulfilling and lifts you thru the day and sometimes a quick drink if I get up during the night

Prevents dehydration. I suggest drinking it cold.

Nothing stops cramps like this stuff

This drink has been very helpful in eliminating nighttime leg cramps after exercise or sporting activities. I highly recommend it.

If you cant get past the nasty taste of this stuff it doesnt matter how good of a claim it makes. Its awful tasting. I will drink it but BIOLYTE will never again get any of my money. BARF! I have finally just finished my case and have decided I cannot live without this stuff and now Im back for another case and that new Berry Flavor. It is a miracle for leg cramps in the middle of the night and this also helps with my frequent nausea. I love it!

We used this to rehydrate my father-in-law who was on dyalisis and not able to drink large amounts of fluids. He enjoyed the flavor better than Gatorade & it took less of it.

My husband used to suffer from leg cramps a lot, after he started to drink byolite the cramps are gone, his muscles are well hydrate and no more pain.
