I use these as supplemental hydration while working in extreme heat and humidity. When cramps being I drink a bottle and can almost feel it flow into the muscles. Has worked well so far. Not cheap. But cramps arent much of a pleasure so good trade off.

It’s great for when you work outdoors and need to stay hydrated.

Found this locally but only a couple places sell it and they were out of stock so came here and was happy to buy it in bulk. This is the BEST hydration product I’ve found. Post workout or for occasional overindulgence, it gets you back to 100% in no time. I’ve told several friends how incredible this stuff is and they all want me to grab them some to try. Not sure why a few reviews complain about the taste but I keep it in the fridge and I don’t mind the flavor at all. Glad I was able to stock up because now my husband is raving about it!

I get dehydrated very easily. Anytime Ive been outside in the heat and humidity for very long, or after working out indoors, I drink a bottle of Biolyte and Im instantly rehydrated and ready to go. No lightheadedness. Its a bit more expensive through Amazon, but convenient since its sometimes hard to find in my area. However, if you cant handle very salty flavor, dont bother. Most electrolytes are mineral salts. Citrus is my favorite flavor, though the berry is not bad, either.

Nothing stops cramps like this stuff

We initially purchased Biolyte from a local pharmacy in town before finding them much cheaper on Amazon. We always have some in stock in case you get stomach illness, nausea, fatigue or dehydration. I got food poisoning last year and was able to sip a little Biolyte until I felt much better. If not for Biolyte, I probably would have had to gone to the ER to get and IV and nausea drugs and would have wound up costing me thousands of dollars out of pocket. Get some and use it; you will be glad you did!
