A stomach virus is going around and my husband happened to get it. I ordered these so that he could stay hydrated and hopefully not have to go get iv fluids. They were delivered very quickly and he likes the flavor. I feel like they are expensive to drink on a regular basis when compared to other hydration drinks on the market but are perfect for those times where you need all the extras that are in these. I am not a fan of the salty taste that these have but understand it is needed so that they can do their job of helping those who are getting really dehydrated and needing the electrolytes/etc.

This product is great if you work outside and get heated up and need a quick infusion of liquid. Dont drink the whole bottle at one time...may cause diarrhea. I got the berry flavor and it tastes good.

I bought this product for my husband. He has a condition that causes his cells to dehydrate easily. Your product helps tremendously with his issue. Thank you. He is getting great relief !

Works great for addressing dehydration. The taste is OK.

It doesn’t met all the electrolytes requirement but good to replenish hydration.

Best electrolyte replacement beverage on the market. Think sports drink on steroids! Be forewarned, the taste is stronger than youre used to with others, but in a good way. Doesnt seem like you just bought flavored sugar water with some salt in it.

I was given several bottles of this at the cancer center where I am getting chemo. Like it so much I bought a case. Loaded with electrolytes. Get it really cold as it has a unique flavor. Citrus is the best.

This really is “an IV in a bottle.” I say this as someone who has had to be rehydrated after unwise outdoor exercise on a hot Florida day. It works very well and the flavor isn’t bad (I prefer the citrus). It’s also good if you have any other nausea issues. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. I carry a bottle in my daypack when I hike - just in case.
