A vast improvement over my stock brass gears. If you are having extruder issues, this is well worth a try to fix the problem. Used on a stock Ender 3 extruder, and I had no need to change e-steps (checked before and after, same result). YMMV, but this fixed my under extrusion.

Good choice. Same size as the original on my extruder so I didnt have to mess with resetting the e-steps. Well built and like the 2 set screws to keep things locked up.

Collar is ferric stainless, actual spurs are austentic stainless. For those of you who are trying to confirm these are indeed steel via magnetism. These are indeed stainless steel. Just the spurs are austentic stainless (non magnetic) with a higher chromium content than that of the collar. Otherwise the spurs grip filament nicely.

Working well so far. Ran a kilo of carbon fiber through so far without issue. Do wish they had two grub screws instead of just one.

Replaced the stock pulley on my Ender 3 with this one; the teeth are definitely more aggressive than the one that comes from the factory. That said, quality hasnt changed any (I ordered these after a failure that made my last pulleys teeth fill with PLA) but they are well made and work every bit as well as the stock piece. Ive heard from others that they improved extrusion issues they were experiencing, although i cant say that as I was not having issues before. Would purchase again.

Filament is the natural prey of a 3d printer, and a printer with a brass feed gear will inevitably starve to death as the teeth wear down, I refit mine with these stainless steel gears, which contain many more teeth and grip better than the standard brass ones. Now the filament in my boxes tremble in fear at the newly terrifying maw of my printers.

Perfect replacement for sender 3v2. Old brass piece was worn out from clogs but this get it back up and going in no time. Will need to adjust esteps.
