Perfect fit to replace the worn brass part on my jgaurora A5S.

    Better than OEM.

Perfect upgrade for extruder gears, used in both direct drive and Bowden configurations and works perfectly and cheaper than most, definitely a win.

Was starting to have trouble with the extruder skipping. Replaced the stock brass gear with one of these and problem solved. Cant really speak to the durability as Ive just started a print with the new one, but the improvement in extrusion was immediate. For the money you really cant go wrong if youre not quite ready to upgrade the extruder.

Definetley doesn’t grind my gears the least bit. Works as they should.

Switched my worn Ender-3 brass extruder gear with this one. Size was so close that I didnt bother with E-step calibration. Working great.

Im only getting about 12 hours of print time before the teeth are too warn to work. I have only used PLA. The stock brass drive gear lasted MUCH longer

Much better than stock... This was a nice upgrade to my stock Monoprice i3 clone.

These have worked well over the past prints! The teeth come to a more defined point so they grab the filament better and wont slip. Wont wear out like the cheap brass ones.

Set screw takes a metric 1.5 hex wrench which is very small, and the average person wont have. The teeth are the same diameter as the original gear on my MK10 extruder. I did not have to adjust extrusion multiplier when switching over. Teeth dulled enough within 8 hours to start causing print failures. (Filament was highly abrasive carbon fiber reinforced type). Easy to slide the gear in or out on the drive shaft for fresh teeth, but cannot recommend this for use with abrasive filaments). Should work wonderfully for everything else.
