BIQU Extruder Pulley 36Teeth Bore 5mm Stainless Steel Drive Gear for 1.75mm & 3mm 3D Printer Filament (Pack of 5pcs)

Replaced the stock pulley on my Ender 3 with this one; the teeth are definitely more aggressive than the one that comes from the factory. That said, quality hasnt changed any (I ordered these after a failure that made my last pulleys teeth fill with PLA) but they are well made and work every bit as well as the stock piece. Ive heard from others that they improved extrusion issues they were experiencing, although i cant say that as I was not having issues before. Would purchase again.

Using this drive gear to grip a brass rod. Nice. Set screws hold tight on extruder shaft. Used a standard allan wrench. Its loose in hex socket, too much force will round the hex.

Installed on a Creality CR-10s. Worked like a charm and have a few extra.

Works well

Working well so far. Ran a kilo of carbon fiber through so far without issue. Do wish they had two grub screws instead of just one.

These wheels work and fit perfectly but they wear out quickly. I do a lot printing and have to replace them every few weeks. If you dont print 24-7 this might not be an issue for you. I dont mind having to replace them because of how cheap they are. I like to clean and lubricate my printer regularly so I just replace the wheel when I am doing my preventative maintenance.

These are *much* better than the soft brass drive gears many 3D printers come with. After a couple of clogged nozzle issues my Ender3 was not feeding correctly due to the brass gear wearing down a bit, replaced it with these and have not had the slightest issue. Great upgrade.

Was starting to have trouble with the extruder skipping. Replaced the stock brass gear with one of these and problem solved. Cant really speak to the durability as Ive just started a print with the new one, but the improvement in extrusion was immediate. For the money you really cant go wrong if youre not quite ready to upgrade the extruder.
