I haven’t used it yet, but I took him for a little ride in the backyard. Seems very secure and has a lot of airflow which I was afraid of but there’s ventilation going on so I’m happy. Now I can take him wherever! Happy Birb!

This bird pack is adorable but the plastic front view is too short so birds have to put head down just to see other the front. The perches are too low also. Not sure if its durable or safe for parts as they are master chewers . I hope my bird never escapes when hes take enough to venture out.

This is not designed well for birds. I thought that I could make this work with major modification, but I can’t even do that. Overall: No place for food or water No grab bars for the bird to steady itself There is no way to add a grab bar as the seller suggested. The other holes are too low for it to be helpful, if you can even figure out a way to add one, which I couldn’t. Your bird is going to try to hold the mesh for stability. There are interior bird-accessible parts of unknown metal. These May or may not be safe for birds. Perch is close to the floor so there is no room for a long tail Mesh isn’t safe. My cockatiel was in it for half hour and nearly chewed through, and he is not usually a beaky bird Pan at the bottom provides no stability, bird slips if they stand on it. I added a grate, and that helped. If you want to add a different perch, it would be important to have the right length and have washers. It is not possible to use the sides as a door because the perch needs to be attached at both sides. You really need to hold this with both hands. If you hold or carry it with the top handle, it leans forward, and your bird can fall of the perch and pushed into the clear front part. Small birds: The holes are too big for parakeet, cockatiel, conure etc. They’re nearly an inch wide in the interior. I plugged them. Big birds: I wouldn’t trust a big beak with the mesh. One chomp and that mesh is history. The perch is too small for big feet. It’s possible to add your own perch if it’s the right length and you have washers etc. Pros: It’s light weight. Product is nicely made. There are some thoughtful items (like the way the perch screws together). The design flaws make it unusable. They took a dog carrier, added a perch, and thought that was sufficient. They needed to engage people who actually have birds. (And, dear seller, my cockatiel has been 86 grams for 21 years. He is not going to “grow in to it” as you suggested as an answer to my question.) I really wanted to like this product. I really wanted it to work, but it doesn’t.

I like the size of it.

I ordered this for my parakeet and he loves it. The tray is great and mess free and there are so many places to access inside the cage. 10/10 would recommend for taking your bird (or other pets) wherever you go!

Love this carrier! My Quaker can see out plus there is ample air. It’s the perfect size.

This worked great for transporting my birds. My daughter also used it to carry her bearded dragon. Easy to carry and clean after use. Has a metal tray inside which makes it hold its shape pretty well and makes it easier to clean.

My granddaughter asked for this for Christmas. She has 2 parakeets she wanted to put in a backpack and requested a cheaper priced and made one, which I refused to buy. I looked at reviews and went with this product bc it was sturdy, thick, and wouldnt collapse and injure the birds. Comes with a metal tray for easy clean up and the birds love it and are very comfortable in it. She also wears it on the front of her body for a change. Highly Recommend this product.

This is great except... The perch rolls. This makes it impossible for my bird to stand on. But easier than done to get it in and out.

Good product. Seems to do what is should...Almost. I read a question posted about a loop to hang toys from. The answer indicated there was. As I was ordering, there was an offer for a discounted price on a choice of two toys, offered by the company, so I purchased one. Well, no loop to hang the toy from. I do like the toy though.
