Update 7/29 This is the best carrier ever! The second one I ordered came with the perch. It was perfect for my jenday conure. No, she has not bite through the mesh. I use it to transport her from my fiancés house to my house all the time. I did notice someone said the perch sucks because their bird cant stand on it. However, I wouldnt say the perch doesnt work but my bird definitely prefers hanging onto the mesh or the food bowl clip. You can always get a different perch if needed as well. Its easy to clean because it has zippers all around. I use a weewee pad or newspaper for it. Since its only for transporting, she rarely poops in it. Highly recommend! Also, mine did have a loop on the top for hang toys. I noticed another review said they didnt. But anyway, I didnt have any issues with the seller at all in terms of return. So safe to buy if youre worried about missing pieces. :) I received this today but found the perch missing from the package. Wasnt sure how to contact the seller so Im returning it and I already placed an order for another one in hopes it will come with the perch. Love the design so far. 3 stars for now.. I will update again when I receive the other one.

This worked great for transporting my birds. My daughter also used it to carry her bearded dragon. Easy to carry and clean after use. Has a metal tray inside which makes it hold its shape pretty well and makes it easier to clean.

This bird back pack allows me to take a walk on their HOAs walking track and not have to leave my bird at home alone.

Bird likes this one doesn’t fly into the plastic or try to escape. Needs a pocket

I purchased this as a gift for my Bestie and her adopted rescue African Grey, they are both thrilled with it. She is now able to safely bring her girl with her on short walks and over to see me.

Perfect for my Quaker for our walks with him. We don’t clip his wings but we can’t risk walks anymore because he now flys. This way he can come with us everywhere and is safe and no one hardly notices he’s there :)

I ordered this for my parakeet and he loves it. The tray is great and mess free and there are so many places to access inside the cage. 10/10 would recommend for taking your bird (or other pets) wherever you go!

My cockatiel loves his backpack! He loves to go for adventures, this bag allows him to go along with while keeping him safe. Great buy for the price.

The bag was ok. My bird would probably have destroyed the mesh eventually. You have to put your bird in from the top and she’s not a fan of that, most importantly the perch doesn’t stay put it’s unstable and shifty.
