Important things to note: • Handheld attachments cant use steam • Wont make old carpets look brand new • Uses tap water to fill • Great at removing allergens • Handling and assembly is easy • Top comes off the dirty water tank making it easy to clean The handheld attachments can be used to vacuum up wet and dry messes. Steam does not flow through the hose. The long hose attachment would be great for carpeted stairs. It definitely can help lighten old stains on carpet, just dont expect perfection if its a really old stain. I used it on a 4+ year old soda stain and it definitely helped lighten it up and made it way less noticeable. The steam pre-treat was exceptionally helpful in removing/lightening stained areas. There was an area in front of my entertainment center where my dog had peed multiple times. I used the quick dry mode in this area. It made a noticeable difference. The carpet dried quickly. For the rest of the carpet, it does very well to help remove allergens and to really get a deep clean into the carpet. Great item for anyone that suffers from allergies and/or has pets that tend to leave messes behind.

The product was received well packaged and on time, after more than 1 month of using it, I am really very happy with its performance, it meets my expectations, I would definitely buy it again, 100% recommended.

I have 2 cats a dog my son and my husband tracking in on my dark rugs...You really cant see how much dirt is on them but this machine pulled dirt from years out of those rugs...I cleaned them until the water was clean,it took about going over them 3 times...they dried in no time...It smells so much better..Thanks so much for making such a great machine..Its worth everything I paid for it..

We got a dog that sometimes has a hard time holding his pee when he gets excited, which has really been annoying. We bought some cleaner in a spray bottle to help clean up after his mess, and while it works okay, its been really bothering me and I feel like we havent been able to fully get it out of the carpets. I was really excited when I saw this because I was hoping it would help this issue, and Im so glad we picked it up. This has made our carpets smell/feel like new again. Its pretty easy to assemble (probably about 10 minutes form unboxing) and use, and included enough cleaning solution to clean the carpets in our house without needing to buy more yet. Make sure to follow the instructions from the included booklet and youll be able to enjoy clean carpets soon. This is also great if you have kids too. We have a playroom upstairs that the dog isnt allowed to go, and I was surprised how dirty that floor had gotten, and how much cleaner it was after running this cleaner through it. It picks up so much, and really has helped make our house feel cleaner. Its solid and well-built, and I feel it will last many years. Our last one has lasted about 8 years, and this one is much nicer and I think if you just use it a couple times a year youll get probably a decade out of it, which makes it more of an investment. The price seems fair based on the performance we got out of it, and saves us money over professional carpet cleaning.

The BISSELL Revolution HydroSteam Pet Carpet Cleaner is much easier to operate than old school carpet and upholstery cleaners. It only took 3 steps to put together and it was ready to use. Admittedly my living room rug had not been cleaned properly in over 4 years but the water coming out was black which is a win in cleaning. This Bissell also has upholstery cleaners that Im excited to try as my living room chairs are about a year old and will need cleaning soon. Excellent stream and deep cleaner.

I had high hopes for this machine but the upholstery function is clumsy, you have to really slam the attachment in or it doesn’t work. The suction is pretty weak. I also think that the carpet cleaning aspect is good but it takes many days to dry the rug and smells foggy or musty for a week. The “dry in 30 minutes” claim is bogus.

It steam cleans. It pulls that dirt right out of the carpet. Especially hard working on those stains caused by spills or accidents from your pets. High powered. Bissell brand. The cannisters are easy to remove and fill. Easy to clean when youre done shampooing.

The Bissell Revolution was easy to assemble and easy to use. Instructions are included, but the set up was so easy, I didnt even use them. I love the upholstery attachment functionality. It cleans very good and made my sofa look new again. It works great for carpet and made it look so fresh and clean. On a side note Id like to add that it has an extra long cord which is a plus in my book! This machine is a little on the heavy side but it is well built and very sturdy.

We owned a Hoover Carpet cleaner for 6 years, and it work nicely for us. The cleaner died of an electrical issue. I looked online for a product to replace it. Bissel Revolution was my choice, and I got it right. It is so much easier to clean the unit with pop off cover over the brushes. I used to struggle with the attachments on my Hoover, never could get it to lock properly without spilling water everywhere. This Bissell just snaps and clicks, so easy. The two features that were better on Hover was a bigger water tank, and Hoover had two tanks which mixed without me trying to see the lines on the water tanks. Emptying this unit is a breeze compared to my Hoover, which I had to snap and click.

I previously had a Hoover carpet cleaner and recently switched to this Bissell. First, it is about 35% wider, has a steam mode, has gallon fresh water tank, 2 brushes and handheld attachment. It works way better than expected, which is always a nice surprise, however I havent used attachment yet. Tip-Use hottest water from tap for best results.
