I like the product but 3 hour charge last maybe an hour, overnight charge 3 hour charge. It doesnt feel like the charging time VS usable time feels worth it.

This is the second one I’ve purchased- I cannot be without them as my hot flashes come every half hour. This has been the only thing that has given me some measure of relief during this lovely phase of life I plan on sleeping with one of them and wearing the other during the day. If you have hot flashes, this is a must have.

The ON button does not stick out like it does on other neck fans youll see on Amazon. Huge selling point for me, because the fan did not accidentally turn on in my backpack while I was at Disneyland. Fan is a bit bulky, caught my hair once, and the odd rubber backing of the fan pulled some hair out. But otherwise it kept me cool and dried my sweat in 100 degree heat!

Battery lasts about 18 hours on low and close to 11-12 hours on high. Its a bit heavier thank other models but love the battery life as I use it for entire 12 hour shifts.

Originally wrote a bad review bc I received a neck fan and the battery would not charge. The company sent me another fan, same thing, would not charge, the company vowed to make it right, and refunded me my money, then sent me a different style of fan. They were awesome the customer service was great.

it is very good fan and strength of wind is perfect

I am hot blooded and work on my feet some days for 5-10 hours. I dont always run it but if you run it on low as needed it should last most of the day.

Its comfy and not too loud, battery life is good and its not heavy, but itll only blow cool for a few minutes then its hot hair ... **UPDATE:** Customer service wrote me about my experience and offered to send me a replacement/another item. Good customer service is so important. I really appreciate it. Cant wait to try again.

I purchased this for a friend who works outside. He likes it very much. Only complaint is he wished it could be adjusted around the neck

These are way too loose. They are flexible at the neck but the default shape is literally open so thats pretty much how it stays. You have to KEEP closing them around your neck so they dont fall off. Inconvenient to say the least. I have another pair from a different vendor and also a different brand. Those stay tight to the shape whereas this pair DOES NOT. Save yourself the time. Im returning them.
