These are way too loose. They are flexible at the neck but the default shape is literally open so thats pretty much how it stays. You have to KEEP closing them around your neck so they dont fall off. Inconvenient to say the least. I have another pair from a different vendor and also a different brand. Those stay tight to the shape whereas this pair DOES NOT. Save yourself the time. Im returning them.

The sound is rather loud, and cooling is not as impressive as I had hoped. This is Houston it gets hot as can be, so, my son is not interested in wearing them as they offer no relief, but distracting sound. I gave them away to the LAWNMAN.

The fan sits in the perfect spot on your neck and will adjust to fit as you can bend it any which way. Its light on the shoulders as it sits and it gives like 3 different settings to the fan. It blows perfectly and its easy to charge!

I work in a warehouse where many areas don’t have fans or air conditioning. This item does help, I only gave 4 stars bcuz it would be better if the airflow went to the back of the neck as well. But good price and helpful overall.

I purchased this a few years back, however it came in handy while I was at work during a hot and humid week. I work in a kitchen and even though we have air conditioning, while I am working in the back of the kitchen by the oven it does get hot. This fan was literally a life saver!

Originally wrote a bad review bc I received a neck fan and the battery would not charge. The company sent me another fan, same thing, would not charge, the company vowed to make it right, and refunded me my money, then sent me a different style of fan. They were awesome the customer service was great.

We are in the midst of a triple digit heatwave. I tried using this neck fan to cool me off when I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The noise prevented me from falling asleep. Furthermore, the battery got drained rather quickly. It is great to supplement the room fan.

I found this too bulky and too noisy to use. Im sensitive to sounds and I couldnt hear the tv (after turning the volume up) or people talking when wearing it on the lowest (quietest) setting. Feels huge on me and Im neither a small or petite person.

The fan is really nice but after testing it the best option for longest battery is on low. Medium and high dont last that long at all only for a about a few hours then it dies. Overall Id give it a 6/10
