Its comfy and not too loud, battery life is good and its not heavy, but itll only blow cool for a few minutes then its hot hair ... **UPDATE:** Customer service wrote me about my experience and offered to send me a replacement/another item. Good customer service is so important. I really appreciate it. Cant wait to try again.

These are way too loose. They are flexible at the neck but the default shape is literally open so thats pretty much how it stays. You have to KEEP closing them around your neck so they dont fall off. Inconvenient to say the least. I have another pair from a different vendor and also a different brand. Those stay tight to the shape whereas this pair DOES NOT. Save yourself the time. Im returning them.

This fan is helpful when you have to be moving around and need a fan on you. It helps me stay cool at choir rehearsal when the room is too warm. However, the air blows on my neck and right in my ears making it hard to hear. I’m a bigger person, so this isn’t ideal for me. I would like one of these that is longer so the air goes in my face.

Kinda bulky and does not extend so if you have a thick Neck like me good luck keeping it on when doing activities but, not bad does blow ok amount of air.

I bought this along with some handheld fans for Disney over the summer. This one works so well that my 9 year old kept wanting to trade her handheld fan for this since she would get tired of holding hers. She also loved the LED lights (but you can turn those off). The fan lasted all day and I didn’t even need the extra battery but I am so glad that comes with it just in case you need it. My only complaint is what some other reviews had mentioned- the battery cover comes off very easily. I actually lost it at Disney and didn’t notice until later that day. I would recommend either taping it down or wrapping a rubber band around it. Other than that, this is a fantastic fan and I highly recommend it.

I bought this to walk around Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA in 101° heat. And believe me this fan was a life saver! While the rest of my crew was miserable I was cool the whole day. I ran it off and on throughout an eight hour day and it lasted until the evening. Granted, I didnt run it continously. But only as needed to keep cool. But it did the job. And well! If it gives out over the next few months Ill be lowering my rating. But as of now its worth the five stars I gave it.

You can hear the fan running but its not that bad. Blows quite a bit of air to help keep you cool while working outside on hot humid days

This neck fan didnt work for me. The way it set on my body, the air just blew up into my ears. Not the cooling I needed.
