> 24 hourWhile this umbrella has many fine features, I’ve found that it hasn’t supplanted my Repel Easy Touch for daily carry in my backpack since it doesn’t keep me as dry on days that are both windy and damp. The Blunt Metro is robust enough to handle winds in excess of what it is sensible to be out in, but the relatively shallow canopy and scalloped edge leave the user vulnerable to driving rain. The fabric itself sheds rain well and dries quickly, and the yellow color is cheery. The handle is easy to grip even in wet and windy conditions, and the mechanism functions smoothly. The ribs are sturdy, and the rounded, reinforced pockets at the edges eliminate the risk of poking someone in the eye. Wrangling a wet umbrella into the cover is a snap thanks to the zippered gusset.

> 24 hourI decided to buy this as I have always had bad experiences with umbrellas. They invariably fold inside out in the lightest of winds and break easily. So I decided to splash out and buy this having read best buy reviews. You can often tell from the packaging if the product is quality and this does not disappoint. The umbrella looks fantastic in bright orange and is manufactured to a high quality being both sturdy and reasonably light. Each umbrella has its own unique production number printed on it and you use this when registering its 2 year guarantee. If, as expected it lasts at least 2 years it will prove to be excellent value.

> 24 hourIve taken a while to review this because its just an umbrella, and I thought the design was weird. But... it turns out this is a really good, durable, effective umbrella, and it tends to be the one we grab.

> 24 hourSometimes I wished it rained more so I could take this out and about. The wind resistance is real and it has been proven of late due to heavy rains and strong winds. The umbrella feels very sturdy and seems like it could last a good while before a replacement is needed. Nice packaging too, that I couldnt bear to discard.

> 24 hourAfter seeing an ad online for Blunt umbrellas I decided to purchase one. It is an investment buy. I have never spent sixty pounds on an umbrella, because I tend to lose them.. But with this bright red umbrella I think not. Its also unisex.

> 24 hourGot this for my daughter who is heading for college. After having worked our way through a number of short-lived, cheaply made less expensive umbrellas, I wanted her to be secure with a quality umbrella because shell be doing a lot of walking around campus in rainy spring weather. This fits the bill in every way. It has an interesting, modern shape, the orange color just pops, its a travel umbrella so it wont take up a ton of room, but best of all is the high quality. I appreciate the reinforcement where the tip of each rib ends. Every part of the umbrella seems strong and made to last. She loves it.
