This item works too the tee! I found it VERY easy to install. Extremely easy. Just load the app on your phone. Allow the app to connect to your Bluetooth via your wifi. Add your password....DONE! Ive replaced all of the incandescent lights to LED, 2,000 of them. I know, crazy! But we got them on sale after Christmas last year. We got them almost for free from Ace Hardware . This dimmer works perfectly with the LED Lights from 100 percent down to 1 percent. NO flickering at all! We keep our tree up all year long and call it out Seasonal Tree. We decorate it with whatever session it may be. Soooo, yes, Id recommend this to anyone. Even to my family, ha ha. P.S: IM GIVING IT 15 STARS!

I purchased 2 of these and even though my wifi is 2.4 it they both never worked with the app and never saw bluetooth?

No problem with WiFi/app integration. Good ability to tie 2 separate units together. Had one instance where one module didn’t respond, but since then it has functioned well. Keeping my fingers crossed since the units are only 3 weeks old and positioned in a hard to reach area. I prefer not to use this w/ Alexa.

I had no issues getting this set up. My pump is plugged into my garage and the pump itself is all the all the way on the other side of the pool. I got this set up to be on a schedule, turning the pump on at 7 am and off at 7 pm for now. I can easily adjust it when needed with the app on my phone or via Alexa. It’s perfect for what I needed. Totally recommend.

I was unlucky enough to receive a defective unit. I called BN-Link Customer Support and got a real live person almost instantly (Steven). He sent me some suggestions to help diagnose the problem but in the end the unit still didnt work so he sent a replacement which arrived quickly. The new unit is working beautifully. Another rep, Dianna followed up to make sure all was working correctly. Very happy with this result and makes me trust BN-Link for future purchases.

The plug was difficult to set up using BN Link Smart but was easier using the SmartLife App. I had a dimmer issue and the seller kindly replaced the unit with another. Customer service has been very responsive and stand behind the product. I highly recommend the product.

Could only connect to one phone will not connect to multiple devices

We updated our back covered porch including the lighting. The ones I purchased were WAY too bright and I didnt want to take them down to return them. SO, this item was the perfect solution. Besides getting the brightness just right Im able to schedule them to come on each night at dusk for a couple hours. The integration with the wifi was really easy and the mobile app is easy to understand.

I reported to BN-LINK that I had an issue with the dimmer. Support rep (Dianna) promptly sent me a replacement dimmer. I later discovered that I misapplied the setup for the automation routine. The original dimmer was good. Thank you for forgiving my mistake.
