> 3 dayThis is definitely worth the time it took to install it. It was hard for me at first as I had to adjust my router to seperate the 5.0 and 2.4hz of the router but once I got that done, it made it so much easier to turn on my light when I needed them.

> 3 dayThe unit says it can be synced with your smart phone. However the instructions do not match the video. When calling the listed phone support, no one answers during business hours. Chat does not respond, says if not answered wait for response on your e-mail. It says in app UNIT ONLY WORKS WITH 2,5 Gig wireless. I have Spectrum 2.5 with many items on system. App says 2.5 is shown for my router yet message says phone WiFi is 5 gig. The unit is BNLINK and app is available. However video says look for Tuya app. I register to both, neither sync with the phone. Also to sync manually there is no Smart Dimmer Plug option. Video says chose Outlet WiFi, then clicks on the first icon which is not the correct one in the app. The Alexa connection on the video is so fast I didnt go near it, having already spent an hour trying to sync this monster. I would have kept it but you cant dim the bulbs from the unit, only on and off. I bought this in Feb so it cannot be returned to Amazon. Avoid BNLINK if you value your time.

Greater than one weekI was not able to pair it with bluetooth to configure it but was able to do it manually. I tried multiple phones so there is some issue with the bluetooth. It does not seem very well made so well see how long it lasts. I expected a hard rubber casing buts thinner plastic. I probably should have sent it back because of the bluetooth issue but Ill just try to go with it.

> 3 dayWorked with Alexa first couple of days. Then stopped, even though I reinstalled the skill and tried several times. Works as needed through the BN app, with on off timer doing what I wanted it for, outside Christmas lights

> 3 dayI wanted a plug that would cycle my pool cover pump for 5 minutes every hour when it started raining. The instructions that came with this device are worthless for doing this and the App wording is not intuitive but they have good tech support. First, I had to reset my dual band mesh router to appear as separately named bands so the plug could find the 2.4 channel. When I did this the first time I renamed them xxx2.4 and xxx5.0. That was stupid as all my wireless devices now needed to be relinked. After doing a couple, I realized I could use the old network name for the 2.4 and I wouldnt have to relink everything. To get the plug to cycle for 5 minutes each hour you dont use the Schedule. You choose Timer, then Circulate. This was the confusing part. The start time and end type are the times you want to work within. Start Duration is the amount of time you want the plug ON (e.g. 5 minutes). The End Duration is the time it stays off until the next on cycle. They would have been better worded as On Duration and Off Duration. Once this is setup and saved, you can toggle the Circulation feature on and off. This is so much better than my old plug where I had to setup 24 Ons and 24 Offs. And each time it rained, I had to enable all the Ons, and disable them when it stopped raining. You have no idea how long ive been trying to find a smart plug that would do this.

Greater than one weekRead the instructions and use the Easy setup. If you try to connect to your network intuitively (like the other 8 smart devices I have connected worked first time) you will waste hours - it just wont find the plug. Also, if you have a dual frequency mesh network like mine, the app will tell you that youre on a 5Ghz network and lead you to believe that you cant connect -- ignore that and press continue anyway -- thats the only way to get connected. Now Ill wait for winter to see if it is really waterproof as they claim (guessing it will fail one week after the free return period expires).

> 3 dayThe first smart plug I received one of the plugs did not pass power through it, so it had to be returned. No issues with the second switch and working great.

> 3 dayWorks as advertised. ..once device is connected to local internet, you can monitor to ensure the outlets are On or Off and instantly control On/Off of each outlet independently. Purchased 5 and 4 work well, the 5th stopped working only because the local internet is down. Great Product
