Only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the stitching of the buckle is uneven. causing it to push up more on one side. But overall it does the trick. He is able to stay afloat by himself. I would not leave him unattended but he is very proud when he is not being held.

> 24 hourLove them. Friends had recommended another brand but saw that these were recommended by the coastguard. I prefer the straps over the shoulders as this is more secure. We recently moved to where we have constant pool access and this helps me and my kids feel more secure swimming together. I also dont have to deal with constantly blowing up their rings now which makes me happy. Does a great job of keeping the kids heads above water while they start to explore away from mom now while learning to swim.

I also like the clasp in the back rather than the front as she cannot unclip it herself. It will not slip off while swimming. Great buy!
