If you do not live near a service center DO NOT BUY this product!! I had a zipper break during my first trip with this suitcase. The metal pull tab completely broke off we’re it attaches to the zipper itself. It also just so happens to be the main suitcase zipper so a really big deal. I have tried multiple times to contact customer support through the info on their website and have not gotten a response. Also in order to get this manufacturing defect fixed I now have to PAY to ship this bag to them for repair or drive over 8 hours, which given its size is really expensive. After reading other reviews this zipper issue is very common so beware if you purchase this bag!

I have now used this luggage on three trips on three different airlines. It is still holding up great. I like its utility, maneuverability, and sturdiness.

Im a big travelpro fan - have a number of pieces. But this spinner is really disappointing Wheels do not move well - sometimes freeze up; handle does not always lock. would not recommend.

Great Quality and maybe one of the best buys in luggage.

I purchased this bag for a business trip. I usually leave these things up to my wife but I saw it and it looked pretty good. It held more than I expected and was easy to move around the airport. I am happy and will consider the brand when looking for other luggage.

Bigger than expected and seems to be a quality piece of luggage. I especially like the rubber covered buckles.

Lightweight and easy to pull thru airports.
