I did a decent amount of research prior to purchasing as I travel frequently for work and with my family. I had a few primary priorities - lightweight, spinner wheels (not fixed), pockets for storage and sorting, color options for easy spotting on the baggage carousel. These suitcases are primarily black but the color patches on the side make it stand out well enough. Its surprisingly lightweight but durable. Theyve been through snow, a couple of flights, and a couple road trips and Im very happy with them. The 21 suitcase fits inside the 26 for easy storage (we bought both). The pockets are awesome, with a couple pockets on the outside and a waterproof pouch on the inside. The external straps - I like them, my husband doesnt. Theyre extra security for keeping your baggage closed and can help for tightening down/compacting your suitcase, but he thinks theyre superfluous. Overall, very happy with the purchase. I only wish they made them in bright orange... (I love that color and it stands out so well on the carousel).

Love it! Easily distinguishable at the carousel. Light, easy to maneuver.

Disappointed. I received this bag today and it is USED. The wheels have been dragged all over terrain of all sorts. How do I know? Dirt, dust and small stones/rocks in the wheels.

Really like the rollerboard so far. I think the wheels could be a bit larger for handling carpet.

2-25-18 update: Well home from another trip and now all the main, zipper pulls are gone. I now have zip ties through the lock rings just so I can run the zippers.

Perfect for long weekends and short business travel. Holds amazing quantities of clothes, shoes, grooming aids.

I ordered this because I needed a easy way to handle my own luggage. I have not used it on a trip yet

excellent bag - use it often - now prefer the 4 wheels as they are steady.

Went on one trip so far. Very light weight and easy to move.
